Mizoram trip in December 2026
I’m planning a trip to Mizoram in the first week of December and wanted to see if anyone else is planning to visit around the same time.
Would love to connect with fellow travellers, explore beautiful places, experience the local culture, and maybe plan a few things together. Solo travellers are welcome too! 🤝
If anyone’s going around those dates, drop a comment or DM me. Let’s connect! ✨

🍜 Food & Local Life Gujarati food is all sweet" is the biggest myth. Here's what you're missing
A lot of people outside Gujarat think the food here is sweet and mild. That's only true for some of it. The state has very different food regions:
- Kathiyawad (Saurashtra): spicy and bold. Think sev tamatar, bajra rotla with ringan no olo, and buttermilk.
- Surat: locho, ghari and the street food scene.
- Kutch: the home of dabeli, which started in Mandvi.
- Winter special: undhiyu, a seasonal mixed vegetable dish you mostly find from December to January.
If you're visiting, skip the tourist restaurants and ask locals where they eat. What's your favourite Gujarati dish, and did it surprise you?
Ask me if you want a food route for a Gujarat trip.

❓ Travel Question What are some underrated places in Andhra Pradesh for a weekend surrounded by nature?
Sometimes, a good weekend doesn't require a long road trip. A peaceful river view, a boat ride, and a few hours away from the usual city routine can be enough.
Bhavani Island in Vijayawada is an interesting option for people who enjoy riverside scenery and outdoor activities. Depending on availability and conditions, visitors can explore boating experiences and activities such as kayaking or pedal boating.
I'd love to know what other lesser-known nature destinations in Andhra Pradesh people recommend. Are there any riverside spots or lakes worth visiting with friends or family?

Spending a Month in Kashmir (Late Nov–Dec) 🏔️ | Remote Work + Exploring | Looking for Good Company!
Hey everyone!
I’m from Bangalore and planning to travel to Kashmir around November 23–24. I’ll be starting from Chandigarh, riding to Jammu and staying there for a night. The next day, I plan to head to Srinagar and stay there for around a month.
My overall budget for the entire month is around ₹20,000–₹25,000, including accommodation and daily expenses. I’m looking for a PG in Srinagar for ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month, preferably with food included.
My plan is to explore nearby places on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and work remotely for the remaining three days of the week.
I’ll be travelling on a sports bike and also have camping equipment, including a tent, so I’m open to camping wherever it’s practical and safe.
\*\*What I’m looking for:\*\*
- Good people to explore Kashmir with, whether locals or fellow travellers.
- People who are flexible with plans — I’m happy to change my itinerary if there are better options.
I’m not looking to rush through a checklist of tourist spots. I’d rather spend a month exploring at a comfortable pace, meet good people and experience Kashmir properly while working remotely.
I know late November can bring unpredictable weather and road closures, so I’m happy to adapt based on conditions.
If anyone is around during that time or has experience living, working remotely or travelling in Kashmir, I’d love to connect!
Cheers! ✌️

Goa trip budget for Christmas–New Year? Is ₹25-30k per person enough?
Hey everyone, me and my friend are planning a Goa trip around Christmas–New Year for 7–10 days. I know prices go crazy during peak season, so I wanted to check with people who've been.
Is ₹25-30k per person realistic for this duration (stay, food, travel, activities)? Also open to itinerary suggestions, what's worth doing, and what to skip.
We don't drink
Thanks in advance!

How would you plan a relaxed 2-day trip near Hyderabad?
If you had two days for a short break from Hyderabad, where would you go?
I am interested in places with natural beauty, comfortable accommodation, local food, and a relaxed schedule rather than rushing from one attraction to another.
Would you choose a forest retreat, a hill destination, a lake, or somewhere near the coast?
Please share your favourite destinations, travel tips, and suggestions for a simple weekend itinerary.
