My friend found this graffiti on the street the other day and wanted to know the exact meaning of it.

I already know it doesn't seem like native Japanese, so could anyone provide a correct translation of "fuck everything"/"scheiss drauf" that preserves this nihilistic tone?

For my project in my motion design class, I wanted to cover LGBTQ+ characters and the evolution of their representation. I'm choosing to cover Birdo since our video can only be ~2 minutes. Basically Birdo is female, and she is referred to respectfully in most of the games she is in. Itadaki Street DS (which this screenshot is from) is not one of those games (according to the Mario Wiki) and I'm assuming she is actually being referred to with he/him pronouns. I'm hoping somebody could give me the most accurate translation of just the character bio on the bottom screen. The person who I believe gives the most accurate translation will be credited in my video (unless you don't your username on it for whatever reason).
