Temps started getting crazy around 11dpo, but I brushed it off due to recent travel & illness. My smartwatch detected RHR increase and and HRV decline around 10-11dpo as well. Finally took a test today at 2 days late and it’s a BFP!! Husband and I aren’t sharing the news with anyone we know yet, but I wanted to share with the group!

I was about to start my frozen embryo transfer cycle once my period started in tomorrow. I am 12 DPO today and have a 12 day luteal phase. I don’t have any symptoms and saw my temp drop today so I thought yeah sure that makes sense I’m about to start my period. But then I had this weird hunch like huh I have some EWCM and I don’t feel like I’m about to start my period it just feels off somehow. So I took a test and have a very positive FRER…..I have had 3 prior miscarriages. One at 7 weeks and two subsequent chemicals so I’m used to seeing really faint lines but this was not faint. I’m so scared that this temp drop is bad…. And I had symptoms with prior pregnancies and have no symptoms so far.

Thoughts?? Chart included in post. I didn’t include my FRER but I can if that’s helpful (but the rules say no photos of pregnancy tests so I didn’t). I know temps don’t mean much after a positive test but what about in this context technically still in the TWW. Prior chemicals I had were very very faint late positives like 12-14 dpo

Just wondering what people think. I got a positive OPK on Saturda morning, so I was expecting to wake up this morning to a higher temp, but that didn't happen.

I have two theories: 1. I am ovulating today, a full 48 hrs after my surge, or 2. I ovulated Sunday and my temperature is just in the process of rising slowly.

In the past, my temp has risen maybe a day or two after my positive OPK.

CD29, 11DPO, Big FAT Negative. Now I feel like my BBT is Slipping. So I anticipate a big drop tomorrow and Aunt Flo showing up with her luggage. I’m annoyed.

Just wanted to share with others that I feel like after pregnancy oura ring give very inaccurate readings and all over the place data. Please dont be like me and over analyze everything oura gives you. If I was basing my pregnancy sully off oura id be so convinced something was wrong. However oral BBT has been steady and Garmin HRV is low and Garmin RHR still elevated. Also, ive only had very few minor or major signs throughout. Ultrasound is Wed but still feeling very pregnant.

Lei ha un ciclo abbastanza regolare di 27 giorni, questo mese le è iniziato alle 18:30 del 7 ottobre e il rapporto incriminato è avvenuto alle 11:30 di mattina del 18 ottobre. il mese scorso ciclo incominciato l'11 di settembre.

Lei non ha avuto alcun sintomo di ovulazione, tuttavia non lo considero un indicatore notevole in quanto non lo ha mai percepito

Considerando che non c'è stata eiaculazione, che abbiamo interrotto subito il rapporto e che la pillola è stata assunta tempestivamente, vorrei sapere come valutare il rischio di gravidanza nel nostro caso. È possibile fornire una stima attendibile del rischio, oppure non ci sono elementi sufficienti per quantificarlo?

Been charting bbt for 6 months and for the first time it looks to me like there may have been a luteal dip (8dpo) and maybe even a triphasic pattern (usually my temp starts to decrease around 11dpo). However, the app is telling me that neither a luteal dip nor a triphasic pattern are detected in this cycle. Is this just because of how irregular my temperature times were? We had international travel this month which made it hard to stick to a regular sleep schedule.

Hace 16 días tuve mi pico lh. Y creo que ovule 36hs despues porque en todos mis ciclos mi ovulación coincide con dolor de pezones que dura 1 dia. Este ciclo estoy 14 dpo y aun no tengo mi periodo. No quiero hacerme ilusiones tontas. Pero cuando deberia bajarme el periodo?

Que es lo maximo que puede durar mi fase lutea?

Curious if anyone has had a decline in hrv late luteal phase with some sharp low readings while asleep? I’m 9dpo and never seen these sharp low hrv

My BBT has dropped a few times below my baseline do you think I’m out this cycle?

Am completely thrown off by the lh surge at 5DPO, but I am keeping in mind that I could have had a failed ovulation attempt the first peak, but my temps are showing a completely different story! (I do have PCOS)

Has anyone had a similar chart with success? 😊

Still testing negative today. At 7dpo I felt like I was almost going to get sick then at 8dpo felt a sharp pointy feeling on my left hip bones for hours and 9dpo the huge dip but since 8dpo I’ve been feeling normal already unlike that 7dpo feeling.

Any success stories with a chart that looked like this? Or is it a normal chart? Staying hopeful for 11-12dpo but the sudden absence of symptoms is making me think I’m out.

This is the first month I didn't test LH because I was on holiday, the last 2 months I've had my period on the dot to the day.. and I was fully expecting my period over this weekend as my temperature was slowly dropping, but no period and BFN.

My app is telling me I'm 3 days late, (I've got one temp day missing which is the 4th) but I'm unsure on if I ovulated later than it suggested.

Can anyone help me understand as I've got those pre period sensations of its going to happen any minute?

I felt a little feverish on 2 DPO

I have PCOS and I’ve only just started temping. I’m not sure I’ve been doing it right but I think I have? I’m just wondering what my ovulation might have been? I have a positive OPK on the 5th of October but my temp drops and rises 2-3 days later.

I assumed I was 11dpo yesterday (18th based on Premom - I input the details from Premom into FF). I also assumed I was missing ovulation because I was so far into my cycle with fluctuating LH. Could my dpo be different than what was interpreted?

I had a negative test in the afternoon yesterday, but I’ve had spotting yesterday morning that stopped and some more today (very light and only when wiping. I will take a test soon but I’m kind of waiting til 2 weeks after to test since I have a feeling AF is coming any day now.

Have been tracking BBT for 2 months - so quite new to it and I tend to forget adding when we BD and all of the other info🥴

I’ve been TTC for 10 months and bought a Tempdrop recently. It’s been so great to see my chart and have some reassurance that I ovulated when expected! Too early to test but this is the best timing we’ve had in a few months so it’s hard to not be a little hopeful 😂

I also just think it’s so neat that you can manage your fertility and cycles by tracking temperature and mucus. It has been a longer road than I’ve anticipated with one loss along the way, but gosh - if I am ever lucky enough to have a daughter, I can’t wait to empower her with this knowledge when she’s older.

I’m a little confused with the temp rise that happened yesterday (CD16) and wonder if i could have ovulated same day as my surge? NC suggests it will happen today, probably based on the fact that my temperature only increased 0.04c since yesterday.

I got a positive FRER last night! Fertility Friend finally showed ovulation as having happened today, Tempdrop has said day 21 for a few days.

Despite the temps, I think I probably ovulated day 19, my temp rises slowly. Still nervous but so excited.

We’ve been ttc for 3 months, known donor with at home insemination. I used letrozole this month. I felt so disheartened as FF didn’t show ovulation and I’ve had a bit of cramping and sore breasts. But the increase in my temp again yesterday made me more hopeful. Ahh!!!

I’ve never seen a positive test. Thought I was out this cycle too. What a wild ride.

This month is my first time officially tracking lh. Premom says I ovulated CD 19, natural cycles has pushed me to CD 27. I’m so confused! My cycle is 33 days long. I’ve ovulated CD 19-25 before. Did I miss peak fertility, or am I just fluctuating until lh surge? I’ve also had to manually put in “negative” on natural cycles because it was reading my .5 and .6 readings as positive. Please help! Thanks:)
