If anyone’s bored

Really wanted to fly today but couldn’t so I made a pilot version of the Chrome dino

For when you’re number 12 for takeoff and the Hobbs is still running. ¯\\(ツ)/¯

Jk. Please don’t actually play this while taxiing.

135 Single Pilot Flight Gear

Post image
10 Upvotes

Just got a single-pilot 135 cargo gig flying a Metroliner and I’m figuring out the whole pissing-in-flight situation.

The opening on this Coke bottle is plenty big enough for me, but another more experienced pilot (with a bigger watch) said I’d pick up more chicks if I carried a Gatorade bottle instead.

Is there any truth to this? How do I casually bring up the bottle on a first date?

“Boeing” Misspelled

It should be spelled “boing”, right? Also, Boeing and their operators need to train to proficiency in order to get that required bounce. This Ryanair pilot is doing it right.

I told co-pylote to go before pre-flight. He never listens. Now I have to lie to the passengers. I hope we make to ORD 🤷🏽‍♂️

Why are these A350 test pilots dressed like they’re about to overthrow a NATO government? Does Airbus have classified ejection seats that activate when Alternate Law kicks in, or do they just blow the windshield at FL430? Is the RAT a CIA drone, and are passengers classified as expendable ballast?

Pieper owners, is sucking the pitot mast a real thing?

Hey guys, I was recently on a Discord call with an instructor getting some tutoring, and we got to talking about some of the things my instructor has me do during flyte training. I mentioned that, from time to time, my instructor makes me suck on the pitot mast to help clear it out. Everyone on the call immediately started laughing and making jokes, saying that’s not actually a thing. Is this really not a thing? I don’t know who to trust anymore.

Can I fly this with a PPL or do I need an endorsement for transporting endangered species at Mach 0.3?

Stall Speed

I just bought some property because it has the acreage for a grass strip, but it’s going to be a bit short, Who do you recommend to get the white arc on my airspeed indicator modified to a lower speed so I can takeoff and land slower?
