This rant probably makes no sense lol

These "look how weird my partner is" or "my family is so weird and fun" reels are mainstream now. I'm talking about that quirky type of weird. Sometimes the weird is just acting like a dumbass 99% of the time and then locking in and becoming a philosopher.

Every single person I know is like this. Humans actually do everything, we aren't the 7 dwarfs where this mfer is sleepy and the other is sneezy. I feel like we get to be everyone in our lifetime but people paint one picture in their head of who you are and that's it.

I think people ascribing themselves certain types of personalities, like those MBTI things (INFP, INTJ, whatever they're called), are just limiting themselves for no reason.

But I think folk asking for money for adoption shouldn't be adopting.

Then you look back on life before the stomach ache. And you think to yourself “man life sure was good before this stomach ache”

I was just thinking about this the other day: breakup songs from a female perspective are usually celebratory (celebrating release from a toxic or unsatisfying relationship), although there is the odd exception. Breakup songs from a male perspective are nearly always slow mournful ballads that beg the song's subject to come back. Dance the Night Away is that most rare thing: a song about a man looking forward to life after a breakup. I can't think of any other song like it.

Saw a video saying this back in 2020 and thought it's bullshit. Almost 7 years later and I still think back to me when I watched that video, I guess it is true after all

we use to rent DVDs and VHS tapes from Blockbuster and Movie Gallery. the occasional DVD from…wait for it...NETFLIX!

Literally just make them a vertical stack of light bars that fill up more or less depending on how hard you hit the brakes. That way people can immediately tell if the person is hitting them hard enough to warrant a bigger reaction.

I know , I know Ideally people should just leave enough space to brake in time but we all know a lot of people don't. This feels like an easy way to prevent accidents
