I never really thought much before about where a nipple orgasm would be felt although it seems to make sense that it would be felt in the nipple area and I have read about others saying that.

So for the rest of you that get nipple orgasms do you feel the localized in the nipple area or is it more of something that triggers orgasms elsewhere?
