Modeled a simple dry fire prevention on xshot fury mag. pretty sure it should be compatible with other ones as well but who knows I only have this on hand. the idea is that when you shoot the last dart this soft dart head should give you a feedback that you are loading in air since no darts left xD. tested on fury. will try to do on Nightingale mag next (I own a smiley) hard to find step files for a follower so I caded everything myself. inspired by this model: https://www.printables.com/model/1290310-compound-mag-follower-with-rubber-stopper

This Is the Frontier, the mix of Rapidstrike, Speed, Turbine and other Flywheel full auto. I drew the pusher and the flywheel too.

With this update i want to let you guys know that i have finished the prototype of the mp18 blaster. Compared to the cad models there are some componets missing, i didnt include them since they dont serve a other purpose then decoration.

For this build I used the hardware kit from the sillybutts foxbat. With the spring that gets 155 to 160 fps. I bought the metric version hardware kit from akblaster mods.

If there are people that want to help with the beta build. It would be nice that they buy the foxbat hardware kit from out of darts. Because i believe that kit is not metric, correct me if im wrong. I believe a couple orings are a little different.

So like I just noticed this noise from my x shot Longshot 2.0 and it’s like a part of the dart pusher… I think anyways I picked it up yesterday from Walmart and it wasn’t making this noise. If anyone has info that would be greatly appreciated!

i think it would be great is seem that you would really only need to mod the front end had basically lengthen the part and here are some of the pros

1. longer cylinder means more velocity for half darts
2. a larger amount of ammo types you can use
3. and if you like inline clips the longer cylinder makes it possible
4. you can shotgun halfdarts and a ton of 50cal foam balls
5. more rall space on the top

Just got my notification from DZ that my order is on its way and will likely be here by Wednesday. Guessing they decided to not wait any longer as I've seen some shops starting to post it on their shelves. Can't wait to hit the basement range with my son.

just printed a brown(Body) Grey (Insides) Print but struggling to build in using PDF that came with the hardware kit so has any one seen a build video for it or be able to see where I am going wrong.

I am struggling to get the M5 nut into the lower Receiver it just does not seem to fit.

Could make it fit if i smacked it with a hammer but that may damage the lower receiver and need to re print it.

Have added a pic from the guide also a pic of my print incase it's something I am doing wrong.

I’m trying to make the Ontos (RAVION remix) more powerful (red blaster).

I increased the cylinder (plunger tube) length by 5 cm, stretched the front part accordingly, installed a 60 cm barrel from ZWQ, and the spring remained at 30 cm — the same as in the regular version, since I didn’t increase the length of the blaster’s tail.

With a 28kg spring (OD14x1.8 – 62 coils), both blasters deliver the same 260 fps with heavy darts (equivalent to worker bamboo 1.2G).

Replacing the spring in the red blaster with a 33kg one (OD16x2.0 – 52 coils) yields only 280 fps with heavy darts.

I also have a Springer Perilous, in which the cylinder has the same length and diameter, and the spring is 30 kg (28 cm, OD26×2.5 — 28 coils) — and it shoots these same heavy darts at 320–330 fps.

Why is my Ontos, with a more powerful spring and the same cylinder, so much inferior to the Perilous?

title. it's the blue version without the glow tech in it. when i push the slide forward it feels like a 50/50 if it'll chamber a dart properly or just push it out of the barrel.

I have a 3d printed breach that needed modifying the plunger tube, now after I assembled it the plunger tube it primed the first time I loaded it, but after trying to prime it the 2nd time it won't catch anymore, I even Installed the stock spring and it still won't prime.

What kind of other unconventional but fun pro blasters would you like to see?

I'd personally want to see a pro bolt-action rifle and a pro shotgun that uses either Silly Shells or a new shell type(that can hopefully fire 3x darts at once)

Continuing along my pistol blaster journey i thought a Goblin would be a fun blaster for the guys at work to play with ! They have never seen a silly shell in action. I gotta say my fav is 6 half darts :)

I have two Nerf Mavericks, one is blue and yellow, and the other is the n-strike yellow one. Both are unmodified, other than a drop cylinder mod on the blue one, but the blue one is MUCH louder than the yellow one when firing a dart. When I took both apart to compare internals, they looked the same, but the plungers seem to fit in their tubes differently. The blue one was a little looser feeling than the yellow one. This is sort of related to another question I asked on this sub about my blue Maverick’s o ring being worn, but I’m not sure if it’s that anymore.

Are there any differences in the internals for the two different Maverick models? It’s the only reason I can think of why the blue one is so much louder when shooting. Some places online say there are some manufacturing and performance differences between the two models, and other places say they’re the same except for the change in colors, so idk.

Hello! I know it's been quite a while since the guns have been released but I wanted to get people's opinions before buying it. I'm contemplating on whether I should buy the old MK-2 red version or the new MK-2 Nitroshot+. Price is not one of the factors here. The only factor is which is better in terms of performance. Also when I buy it I'm not planning to make any changes to it

I opened up my xshot fury, and found this o ring just sitting there. it has had some performance issues, but I have no idea what causes it, and where this piece is supposed to go.

I'm a big fan of revolvers and I currently have a deuce pro, I'm looking at getting an outlaw but I was wondering if the cylinders are cross compatible, it they are not its not really a big deal but I was just curious

I believe the original o ring in my old blue Maverick is worn and needs to be replaced. It moves with very little resistance when moving the plunger manually, is very loud when shooting a dart, and placing my finger over the hole in the plunger causes barely any air to be trapped. I think it’s stretched out and isn’t sealing properly anymore.

I found some 22mm OD x 19mm ID x 1.5mm o rings on Amazon which are the closest to the original size (which is about 22mm x 19.2mm x 1.4mm according to the internet) I could find for cheap. (I live in the US.) Would the slight differences in size cause any problems? Also are there any better alternatives or places to buy replacement o rings that would work in the Nerf Maverick?

Hello, so I was recently doing my first maintenence session my my ZWQ S400 and when taking out the binding screws I did not take into account which way they came out, and there seems to be no relevant information about it online. So I ask, does it matter? The mounting points on the frame for the screws are identical on each side so it would mean they are omni-directional? Im just a bit confused and a little worried.

Hi, i was looking for a model of Shell to print, but without modifying the Blaster, all of them seems ti Need an improved sealing through big foam gasket, or to remove di AR; i want to keep the AR beacause It Is used by my Kids, and they dry Fire, and its a shame to throw away the original sealing by glueing a new One on top. Nobody knew One? They Need to have the piece that hold the darts at the base, tonale the ar working, and a tall Lip to apply pressure on the gasket

So this is my first flywheeler build and it was pretty challenging. There was a lot of first for this build but the build guide helps a lot. Besides the challenge of building one, it’s a super fun blaster and haven’t seen many so I thought I would make one for an event. This has OOD reaper flywheels and lokis motors. I haven’t tested it super hard since I only have a 2s lipo but it’s pretty fun to use. Currently hit 120fps but I think the with a 3s and the current setup I have it do 160fps. Would recommend it your up for a challenge of your skills and patience.
