I own a DeepCool MYSTIQUE AIO, the one with the LCD screen on the pump. On Windows, DeepCool's software lets you show CPU temps, charts, your own images and GIFs. On Linux there was nothing that did all of that, so the screen was basically an expensive decoration.
So I reverse engineered how the app talks to the cooler over USB and wrote a native Linux replacement: **Mystique Control**.
**What it does**
- Live dashboard mirroring what's on the cooler screen
- CPU temperature, usage and frequency, memory and fan speed on the display
- Upload your own images and GIFs (up to 9 of each)
- Brightness, screen on/off, manual or gyroscope rotation, idle screen, RGB sync
- Situational, Motion and Recorder modes
- Start with your session
- CLI for scripting (`status`, `set`, `upload`, `check`)
- UI in English and Brazilian Portuguese
**How it works**
- GTK4 + libadwaita GUI
- A small systemd user service is the only thing that talks to the cooler over USB (`3633:0009`); the GUI and CLI talk to it over a Unix socket
- One-time udev rule on first launch, then no root needed
- Shipped as an AppImage: download, `chmod +x`, run
Tested on Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, Arch and openSUSE Tumbleweed (x86_64).

If you have a MYSTIQUE (240/360, any variant), I'd really appreciate it if you tested it and told me how it went. Bug reports, `lsusb` output from other variants, and PRs are all welcome.

Tip: if fan/pump RPM shows 0, load your board's Super I/O driver (e.g. `sudo modprobe nct6775`).
