Linux Trying to run Frogger: He's Back (PC) on Linux Mint
I'm trying to play Frogger: He's Back on Linux Mint, and the game requires the CD in order to run. I was able to install the game on my device (a MacBook Air from 2019 with Linux Mint installed on it), but I can't get the game to run. Wine does recognize the disk drive when I have it plugged into my laptop, but when I run "frogger.exe" to open the game, nothing seems to happen (it seems to be crashing right after running). This even happens when I try opening the Windows executable through the terminal window, so I don't even know what is happening.
I did the method of "telling Wine to auto-detect the disk drive in winecfg", but it just seems to do the same thing. Is there something with the game that I can't seem to run on Linux Mint in Wine?

Game slow on steam
I used Sikarugir to download steam for windows for my MacBook air and it was fine but one game is the issue Mad father. It's really slow and I do not know why it's being like that when other games I play respond really fast. Is my MacBook not powerful enough for this old game?

MacOS First community for Gamehub in Mac!
Hey guys! I saw there was no Gamehub community, specifically for Macbook on reddit so I decided to create one! Would love for more people to join so we can troubleshoot and make recommendations!
Cheers!

MacOS Witcher 3 Remastered 5.01 on CrossOver: tested startup guide + DLL rebuild audit (credit: tholtman1-del)
If Witcher 3 Remastered is giving you a black screen in CrossOver, this might help:
https://gist.github.com/dltacube/23b917ae4ccd6852689cfcff22ac7084
The fix is tholtman1-del's work:
https://github.com/tholtman1-del/witcher3-crossover-fix
I've just put the install and launcher steps in one place, along with how to undo it. It still uses the author's custom DLL, so read through before installing.

MacOS Does anyone have experience with installing wineskin or otherwise dealing with the black screen on steam when trying to use WINE for it?
I feel like I'm about to go insane. Every time I try using wine for steam.exe eventually the lines of code stop and i'm left with a black screen which went away when I clicked it? Tried to install wineskin as an alternative but didn't even get past the installation since the only application in the folder was 142kb which obviously didn't do anything... Any help or words of advice? Important context is that I have a 2018 intel macbook on Ventura 128gb. It just doesn't have enough space to upgrade to 14.2 or whatever the requirement was for the alternative, and also homebrew only supports silicon not intel. I don't want to play anything insane I just want to play ace attorney which I bought on steam but isn't compatible with macs :(
