Is it "normal" to feeling exceptionally hungry after a night drinking kava?

im quite new to 'lots' of Kava drinking. have had it in the past, but after recent trip there i brough back enough to drink 3-4 tablespoons in 1 litre of water per night after work. Gives me an amazing sleep.
However, the next day - my hunger is insatiable! is this common?

My partner and I are travelling to Fiji in July 2027 for our wedding and honeymoon. My partner is an avid angler..I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for fishing charters for his ‘bucks’. There will probably be 6-9 guys going.
