I love opening packs for months and not hitting a single promo card. It makes me want to play that much more. Especially when I see everyone using the same players because none of us can pack anything. It really motivates me to grind FUT.

The meta early on was to be as narrow as possible. But what happens when you clog up the midfield. I saw someone mention 3-5–2 and did not believe the hype, but it’s the most solid formation in the game. Rb/Lb does absolutely nothing this year because everyone plays narrow and tries to through lob to the forward. Offensively you have endless options. Defensively you press so hard in the midfield. Of course the weakness is people who play wide but with all these content creators telling people to play narrow you barely come across anyone with wingers. Honestly though I don’t believe in meta and any formation in the game can be good if you know the strengths. Just wanted to spread some 3-5-2 love

This happens at least once or twice per match on PS for me. So annoying. Is this only a squad battles clean sheet denying dda thing or does it happen in other modes too?

In the video the example is my RB (Baku) not being able to go towards/collect the loose ball from the reflection.

First EA FC since they introduced evo's so just sharing my own sentiment, have nothing to compare it to but I bought the game after realising evo's had been added and getting all excited about using random silvers and interesting unique squads.

It's been crazy disappointing how the evo's have been and the reasons people share about 'powercurve' or complaining streamers etc don't add up.

If I have a CB who is rated 71, and his pace is 80, I can't see a single reason why I shouldn't be able to get him up to 80 rating. Or a CM with 86 pace, who is 74 overall, why can't I get him up to an 81, even an 83 perhaps.

There are tons of crazy cards in the game, the meta is just pure pace and we have CM's blasting around the pitch rated in the high 80s, but EA are too afraid to let me get my 71 rated CB with 80 pace to 80 rating?

To be blunt, it just sounds like very badly thought out direction, and I hope someone on the EA team regularly scours online post and takes this feedback and they make a quick correction because it's not the first week or two anymore, I've been sitting here since launch waiting to actually play with a team with some unique fun players, and the way EA is managing the evo's is literally preventing that.

To be clear, I'm not asking for evo's to work on most golds, 84s, 85s, 86s etc, I'm literally asking that they just stop putting these crazy restrictions on position, pace etc, and start focusing more on OVR restrictions so that people can actually start having some fun!

TL:DR At the moment, it is basically impossible to get half the silvers in the game evo'd, even to low gold ratings, which makes no sense and they need to change course.

If you're going to make the pack weight so INCREDIBLY bad and < 1% in everything then at least give us a GUARANTEE promo pack near the end of each promo?

I don't care if it's in the store, or hidden behind OBJs and I don't care if the weight on it is always the worst players in the promo. It at least let's every player get a card from each promo.

What option i need to change to make the refree don't use the same color of the team? i have one argentina and one red kit, always the refree is white or light blue ahahhaha

And I don't mean like the Futties upgrades, I'm just talking about the 1 bronze/silver for 11 bronzes/silvers and the 5 bronze/5 silver for 11 golds upgrades that we had all throughout last year. Does the introduction of the gallery mean that's dead? I honestly liked it last year.

First an idea of what I used in the final, used 442/4411 throughout the tournament:

Xavi Espart (defend) - Lacroix - Eric Garcia - Hincapie (defend)

Frimpong (winger) - Manzambi - Bouaddi - Diomande (winger)

Joe Cole (shadow striker)

Anyomi (advanced forward)

Be aware there's different team requirements for different rounds, so this one is only valid in the final I think

I would advise using a winger/wide mid formation with 1 depth and only controlling your CBs to block shots or make absolute last ditch tackles, drag your CAM and CM back to delay their attacks

As soon as you get the ball, ping pass to your first open player and get it down the wing as fast as possible (cards like Frimpong and Diomande are great for this), then an easy cutback for the goal, your main objective in attack is to avoid the congested middle of the pitch and don't go anywhere near Maldini

I won the final 7-0 in the end, used the same method in the OTW mode as well with similar results

Strikers with 40-odd defending teleporting 5 yards with a flying boot to cut out a pass, but my CBs just let it roll by.

I assume it has something to do with this 95 depth bullshit.
