Not even a rant, more just what is the point, I'm sitting here just autoplaying matches in the 2 side events, with no content in the main event, for rewards that honestly mean almost nothing to me, I'm grinding away just to try get a couple more draft tokens to just not pull anyone good anyways so I'm basically just farming shards. Like what's the actual point, they need to up the rewards part for people who are actually willing to play through this bullshit daily cause I'd honestly not be in a much different position in my resources if I just didn't play these events, but I can't stop myself trying to enjoy a game that doesnt reward me for my time spent.

Survived yet another season! The new gameplay and stamina nerfs made things rough at first, but we managed to pull through🙏 And Gameplan? Probably the best update EA has ever made lol😭 I've won quite a few matches just by switching formations mid-game, and pulling off those tactical changes feels so satisfying.

I started playing this way because I got fed up with the endless OVR chase, and honestly, I haven't looked back. If you're tired of constantly chasing higher OVRs, try using your favourite players instead. You'll lose some matches, but the wins will feel much more memorable. The game might not be as enjoyable anymore, but we can still find ways to make it fun. I'm not saying you should stop chasing ovr, some people genuinely enjoy that. All I'm saying is, find your own way to enjoy the game. Whether it's chasing the highest OVR or playing with your favourite players, just make sure you're having fun

For those who don't know, Malen was available for 500 shards and could be exchanged for 1500, giving 1000 profit per cycle. The glitch lasted around 1.5 hours, and some people reportedly farmed up to 2M shards using autoclickers 💀
I have 2 theories:
1. EA employee theory: Why did such a game-breaking glitch happen randomly in week 4 instead of week 1? Maybe someone exploited it to benefit their own or their friends' accounts, especially with Ballon d'Or OVR upgrades coming.
2. New shard currency theory: Many players have been saving shards for months for cards like R9, Cruyff and Van Basten. What if EA deliberately made glitch so they can introduce a new shard currency for Ballon d'Or, saying it's to keep things fair because some players now have millions of old shards? People who saved legitimately would get screwed, and everyone would have to grind again.
Not saying either is true, but the timing is sus 💀
What do you guys think? Just a coding mistake or something more?

The fact that people are defending Ea cuz they abused the glitch is just diabolical

This mf was my opponent last game. Lost 3-0. Had some chances but you can’t do anything against this guy. Must’ve spent at least 500€ since he has 4 box players. EA has to make some changes in matchups. I’m not saying that they should stop pairing players with superior opponents but no F2P player has to face a P2W player.

I passed the ball back to my goalkeeper, guess what, he watched it go over him, eventually an own goal 😭

No one really knows how to resolve this conflict; certainly, no one wants a 122-rated player pack, 10,000 gems, 1,000 rank-up tokens, and 3,000 training transmsfer points.

A fair and appropriate solution could look like this: If the Ballon d'Or event had its own specific shard—let’s call it a "Ballon d'Or Golden Shard"—EA could implement a shard exchange system, allowing existing shards to be converted into these "Ballon d'Or Golden Shards." Furthermore, if those who benefited from the Malen glitch aren't considered at fault for exploiting a bug—which is, after all, EA's own error—then those who missed out (due to scheduling conflicts, work, school, live-streaming commitments, or grinding in other events) shouldn't be left at such a significant disadvantage compared to those who managed to obtain Malen.

For each shard you exchange you will obtain 10 BDO GS, with a limit of 200k shard per user, this only for the Ballon d'Or évent, if an user want espend its them shard in a player of 122 OVR from anniversary or below, either Ballon d'Or évent, the only way is through BDO GS, Gems or FC points. All this is made for a fair exchange, without breaking the exchange with players rated in 90k star shards.

The compensation for the glitch is necessary, a player pick of 123-124 Ballon d'Or évent. Simple.

Do you remember when we got +1200 players in our property, FC Mobile advice it, and we must clear the inventory, so, they could know who passes from 120K star shards to 700K in 1 hour.

If pro players are like this, imagine the state of normal players in this game.

Man, remember when grinding actually got you the player you wanted with 100% certainty? It used to actually be fun. Now? We're all grinding endlessly for drafts and gems just to pull stuff we don't even need or want in our squads.
Look at all the recent events, literally nothing exciting and the quests are a chore. But the funniest (and saddest) part? Ultimate rewards are sitting at OVR 119 while the max OVR is already 122. Like... wtf are we even doing here? The gap makes top tier rewards feel outdated before they even drop.
Here are the main issues that are driving everyone crazy right now:
1)The Monetization is Completely Out of Control
I know companies want to make a profit but let’s be real for a second. I spend around $150 a month on this game, and I can barely even enjoy it anymore.
$200 for a single box player? Are you kidding me?
Needing over $2,000 to build a squad( with all big names we used to have )that becomes completely obsolete in 2 to 4 months is just predatory.
And don't even get me started on pack luck😂pulling 450 anniversary drafts and walking away with seven 120s and two 121s? Absolute joke.
2)The Transfer Market is Dead
Remember when the market used to be so fun and dynamic? Now it’s basically a ghost town. Not a lot of players pack tradeable cards anymore so the economy has flatlined. It completely strips away the strategy and excitement of trading and building your team.
3)Total Disconnect from the Player Base
It genuinely feels like the developers do not play this game from our perspective. There are a million ways EA could improve things just by listening to the community but nothing ever changes. We keep hoping new events will be better but atp it feels like shouting into a void.
It’s just super frustrating watching what they are doing to our beloved game. Anyone else feeling completely burnt out or is it just me?
