Fan-made [Fan Art] I edited the Hal Jordan Suit (art by me, _dejaniro_)
I'm not a pro or anything like that. I just wish we would've had something a bit more faithful to the comics.

Marvel Rivals x DC !
reddit.comif you have any suggestions they are always welcome! i only do this for fun snd cause i like to share my thoughts about things i like! i tried to balance most of the characters with known / unknown, male / females and heroes / villains, there are a lot of fem characters cause im a girl and while i made this thinking on a general fanbase i wanted to include at least a couple of my fav characters (also thinking about doing a whole s1 concept with roy, donna, kid flash and superboy as legacy season) i forgot to include lot of justice league members cause this was supposed to be a longer post with some seasons concepts like i said before! this is mostly inspired by marvel rivals s0 roster and if you would want a longer post explaining some of the characters sets i thought about while doing this let me know! thanks!!

Film + TV [Film/TV] "WONDER WOMAN 1944 | Le Film (DC Fan Film)" by @multiversestudiosofficial.
This is the one of the best recent DC Comics fan-films I've ever seen that's NOT A.I generated garbage! And even though it's in French, the closed captioned subtitles still helped me understand what was going on.

Fan-made [Discussion] my DC comics roster for a hero shooter game!
such a funny thing to do! i made this trying to mix my personal likes and some general fanbase taste with the characters and tried to balance the female / male characters and heroes / villains! if you have any suggestions for kits or questions about why any character doesnt appear feel free to ask! this was supposed to be a longer post but ended only making it with the roster

Discussion Sodam Yat Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill and Mon El Robert Bernstein and George Papp.I need to get rid of this doubt I have with the Daxamite species [Discussion]
There is something I don't understand about their Oigi/ Kryptonian physiology in the DC comics the Daxamites like Mon-El and Sodam Yat say that they are vulnerable to lead that can kill them by exposure to the element when they are in their system either in the blood or respiratory, but what I don't understand is that in the fandoms or websites it always says that they are Invulnerable to all kinds of attacks by the bioelectric barrier just like Superman, but I want to know if the Daxamites are Invulnerable bullets of all kinds of leaded weapons to be shot kinetically just like Superman normal Kryptonians?

So what do people think of the current state of Dc’s comics
I will admit most of my collection consisted of books from the 2000s and THE new 52 and Rebirth, but like I at l love of Jeremy Adams run on Green Lantern (mind you I am only up to the Civil Corps arc), I really like Tom king’s run on Wonder Woman (I am only up to Fury at this point), I really enjoyed Tini Howard’s run on Catwoman, G. Willow Wilson’s Poison Ivy run is great at least the first half. I have the current Supergirl, Power Girl and Superman runs aswell but haven’t gotten around to em yet. Don’t get me wrong Geoff Johns’s run on Green Lantern is my favorite GL run, same goes for Meredith Finch’s run on Wonder Woman. But I wonder is the current era of dc good in people’s opinion?

My first time reading a Jeremy Adams comic book
Happy to report that I'll soon be reading a Jeremy Adams comic book for my first time. I'm very interested in both his AQUAMAN and GREEN LANTERN runs, so I bought the first trade of each.
What are some fun (spoiler-free) things you can tell me about those runs?

Discussion Drop your biggest DCcomics hot take without justifying it
Ragebait your fellow comic readers!
I'll go first (I have 3):
Alan Moore's V for Vendetta is better than Watchmen
Physical weekly release format sucks and I'd rather wait for TPB/read Omnis from older runs
DC UNIVERSE INFINITE app is great but I'd rather spend more money and read physical only even though I'm far from rich

Discussion [DISCUSSION] Create your alternate take on DC characters. Day 2: Superman/Clark Kent.
Heya! I've decided to continue this thread because i got a few good replies the first time. Basically, the idea here is that i'm going to name a DC character and you can comment your version of them.
Imagine if DC hired you to create a different, fresh version of a character for a a new universe, like an Elseworlds story with complete creative liberty, what would you do with it?
Today is the day of Superman, or Clark Kent, or Kal-El. Born on the planet Krypton but raised in the town of Smallvile, Kansas, by his foster parents Jonathan and Martha Kent, working as a journalist on the Daily Planet newspaper in Metropolis. Clark is an incorruptible otimist who believes in the inherent good of humanity. He is guided by the morals taught by his foster parents in the farm, refusing to kill enemies. He balances the greatness of his divine power with a human and humble life as a reporter.

Recommendations how do i start reading DC comics? (in order)
sooo, i’ve been wanting to read DC comics—mostly to understand the story—but while looking into how to get started, i found thousands of potential entry points. i don’t want to read *everything*; i just want to follow the story in order without burning out or driving myself crazy in the process. (yes, i know there are guides for beginners, but i like making things complicated for myself—i’d rather just read them in order, and btw sorry for the bad english.)

Discussion Is fraction’s Batman bad?
Matt Fraction’s Batman got recommended quite a bit when I asked about the best ongoing runs, but now I’m also seeing a lot of people online saying it’s starting storylines it’s not paying off and that it feels like a chore. What do you guys think?

Discussion If the DC universe had an illuminati group like marvel, what characters would be involved?
The marvel illuminati group mainly consists of Iron man, Namor, Black bolt, professor x, dr strange and reed richards. The marvel group is interesting because it's filled with intelligence, leaders in their field, but most importantly, characters that aren't scared to make a tough decision.
Because of the seriousness of the group, you can rule out any teen or jokey characters (nightwing, Jaime Blue Beetle, wally west, Booster Gold, etc.). Also rule out anyone who tries to be positive, like superman, martian Manhunter and Shazam.
Batman is there for certain. It's his whole thing. I've also thought of:
Mr terrific (don't think he has the heart for it, though)
Lex Luthor (might be too evil)
Amanda Waller (feels like she would do everyone dirty)
John Constantine (might not care enough)
Black Adam (actually might work)
John green lantern (I'm 50/50 about)
Dr Fate (with nabu in control, would he really care?)
Ra's al Ghul (i see the vision)
Let me know who you do think could be apart and why.
