Hi everyone,
Iād like to get some clarification from more experienced Cardmarket sellers regarding the updated General Terms and Conditions, specifically section 10.4.
The relevant part states:
āMultiple listings of the same or substantially similar items are prohibited if intended to artificially increase visibility on the platform. This does not apply to multiple copies of the same item listed at the same price.ā

I currently have several copies of the same card listed separately, all at the same price, with individual photos of each physical copy. My intention is to show buyers the actual card they will receive, rather than just using the standard card image.
However, Iām unsure how this fits with the updated rules.
There seems to be a practical issue as well: if I list multiple copies together in a single listing, I donāt see an option to attach a separate photo to each individual copy. As far as I can tell, individual photos are only practical when each copy is listed separately.
My questions are:
- Is listing each physical copy separately, at the same price and with its own photo, allowed under section 10.4?
- Does the exception for multiple copies listed at the same price cover this situation, or could separate listings still be considered an attempt to artificially increase visibility?
- If individual photos are not possible when listing multiple copies together, what is the recommended way to sell cards individually while showing their actual condition?
- Does it make any difference if the copies have slightly different conditions or defects, even if they fall within the same general condition category?
Iām trying to make sure my listings comply with Cardmarketās rules, while also giving buyers an accurate representation of the cards they are purchasing.
Iād appreciate any clarification, especially from sellers who have looked into this rule or contacted Cardmarket Support about it.
