hiii, so uh this was made by mixing frozen blueberries and vanilla ice cream (they made it infront of me) & the cashier said that they sweeten the vanilla icecream with monk fruit Sweetner

The quantity was kinda big as u can see...idk if i trust if they really use monkfruit cuz the icecream was too cheap

Can you guys give me estimates for both of it's monk fruit and it's without monkfruit

Thankyou

This is hard

Just ate 3 pieces of spam, 2 cups of rice, and 3 eggs for a whopping total of 1200 calories with a daily limit of 2000. The journey is a struggle. Good luck out there today.

How many calories do you think is in these two filets? One fast food restaurant lists them as 1600 calories including tartar sauce but I can’t believe that’s true

Recipes (Mostly) sugar free pumpkin cheesecake pie

Post image

Holy shit guys this is no joke. It is delicious. I did use a store bought crust which adds sugar and some calories. I don’t know the actual macros of my recipie but I probably added +100 cals per slice? You could also make this crust less. Here’s what I did.

I used @rahulkamat’s recipie on YT but added the cheesecake portion.

- 250g Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 250g 2% Cottage Cheese
- 25g Whey Protein Powder
- 25g Casein Protein Powder
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Egg
- 15g SF Maple Syrup
- 15g SF Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 24g Erythritol
- 2 Packets of Sweetener (I used Splenda)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

However I
-used 2 eggs 1 egg white
-used liquid stevia squeezer for the sweetener
-I used monkfruit sweetener with erythutol (Lakanto brand) and didn’t blend up any of that. (I can’t feel the granules in the bite, and in a regular pie you’d never do that so I didn’t)

I added

-1 block of creme cheese (could use fat reduced)
-3/4 cup of the Lakanto sweetener
-1 egg

Baked for 45 min at 350°

I let it cool off with the oven door cracked open for a hour (traditional cheesecake protocol) then let it set in the fridge overnight.

Calorie Estimating How many calories?

Hello, breakdowns would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

edit: Yalll!! I choose the food on my plate and the amount.

There was other options (like smothered chicken and 3 other options) and plenty of salad add ons. I just choose the foods and the amounts that would have the least calories. That being said, the meat I chose wasn’t the best but the cookies were and the mash potatoes too and veggies are veggies I choose the ones that didn’t look like they got coated in butter for calorie reasons.

Stop assuming that catering served me, they made plenty of each food and provided to go Tupperware that 80% of our company filled to take home.

calories and protein for this Sicilian peanut caramel bark? (read body text)

Hi all, hope you can help!

I got this Italian dessert from Italy as a gift, it's from a small bakery in Sicily.

I tried looking at the bakery's website, but they did not have this listed, and didn't have calorie counts for any of their other goods.

It seems to be made out of chopped peanuts and caramel, it has a very light taste and is extremely yummy.

Total weight is 149g, there were 9 pieces in the bag.

I know it's a lot, but it's worth it, and a great gift. Thanks in advance!

Strategies, Advice and Tips What to eat for craving?

I’m on a very aggressive cut. I am craving something like a warm burrito with nice sour cream and salsa inside and all of that (you get the point). However a burrito like that is a lot of calories and will probably take up most of my daily calories. If anyone has had a similar craving and found a way to satisfy it with a lower calorie alternative or anything, please share. I live in Los Angeles if it matters for restaurants or smt. Thank you
Yes I’m getting desperate

Estimate of family dinner?

Post image
3 Upvotes

I eat with family certain days of the week and don’t have access to weigh my food and I’m not going to harass the people who made it to tell me the calories of the food they made.

It was what I think is just jasmine rice, salmon, and broccoli. No idea the brands or store the salmon is from.

These three slices from pizza nova, minus what was left in the second photo. Chat said likes like 580 cals a slice but that doesn’t sound right to me, you can use the coke zero can as reference.

Please help me figure out how to track this, thanks!
