These are typical evening snacks at my NLU. Tell me which of the two ways you guys feel is better? I found the one with smashed samosa better.
They charge 45k for all meals for 9 months, the other 3 are vacations.
Edit: The food quantity is unlimited and we can store it for future use. We can demand as many eggs anytime for cooking ourselves plus ghee vegetable masala etc though I've never cooked here myself, some of my batchmates do it sometimes due to obvious issues with our food (oily and spicy).
The relevance of this post in this sub reddit is to gauge, how's food at your mess.

director of IIT Madras, who through sheer hard work and research revealed that cow urine has medicinal properties-cow dung is basically medicine itself
Director of IIT Mandi, who after intense study revealed that girls attended the Janmashtami event during their periods, which is why the cloudburst happened; in another study, he said people eat meat, that's why cloudbursts and landslides occur
Are these statements actually true? Or not?

Hey everyone! I'm a final-year CSE student graduating in 2027, currently trying to break into software engineering through off-campus applications.
I've applied to 200+ companies and appeared for 70+ placement tests and assessments, but haven't received an offer yet. I'm continuing to work on my skills and projects, but I'd like to improve my approach rather than keep applying blindly.
My tech stack:
Projects: A Spring Boot smart canteen and food ordering system, a Python-based AI job-tracking and automation system, and a placement management system.
I'm primarily targeting backend and software engineering roles, but I'm open to other suitable entry-level technical opportunities and learning new technologies as needed.
I'd really appreciate advice from experienced SDEs and people who have successfully landed jobs off-campus. What helped you get your first break, and what would you recommend I focus on improving?
If anyone is willing to review my resume or GitHub, knows of relevant openings, or can refer me for a suitable role, I'd be very grateful.
Honest feedback and constructive criticism are more than welcome. Thanks!

I am a 2nd-year BTech student. I CAN code in 3–4 programming languages (anyone can nowadays).
I HAVE NOT built a single project till now, but I have done around 15–20 experiments using AI tools. IMO, they are so good and can also stand out, but THEY ARE COMPLETELY BUILT using LLMs and a few manual steps, such as configuring or just connecting MCPs to my AI tool.
So, my learning is basically 0.
A few more critical things:
Key Takeaways:
I am really cooked, and I don't know whether I will get a job/internship in my 3rd year or not. Like, who the fuck will hire someone who can't do basic stuff on its own?
Any guidance will be appreciated.

I am currently researching about Computer Science and Systems Engineering. It seems that AI has swallowed whatever non-AI research was going on in CS/IT and adjacent departments globally.
There are lot of github repos containing latest research in NLP/ML in the name of Awesome Machine Learning or Awesome AI. I could not find much for non-AI domains. Are there any interesting directions and breakthroughs in SWE, Systems Architecture, Operations and Control?

Hello guys, I am making a github repo which focuses on different ML algos but rather than just importing it, repo foucuses on teaching how the algos actually work. The algos will be implemented by maths only. Feel free to check it out and as I am new in this field advice is much appreciatd. The whole thing is for educational purpose only. I am not a CS major so mistakes might happen here and there.
