Battlefield 6 I don't want to brag about other games, I'm sorry but this is how a BF6's menu should look like in my opinion...
Simple and clean. Instead we've got Netflix UI

Battlefield 6 Ngl Las Vegas SWAT would have been a perfect skins for battlefield 6 season 5 because it fits the setting and tone of las Vegas map
We should have gotten these typa skins instead of the AI generated skins with multiple pistol pouches

Battlefield 6 Vegas and Area 51 are fun!
I play mostly breakthrough, and sometimes escalation - when there is not enough people to breakthrough. And I have to say I really enjoy both new maps - they are just fun. They are not perfect, there are bugs and issues, but it feels like a battlefield! and after the disappointment of previous season (at least from the breakthrough perspective) this is very refreshing!
just wanted to share an optimistic thought

Battlefield 6 So according to this sub, flare bug doesn't exist and it is only skill issue because yesterday I flared too late. So what about this guy?
This guy clearly flared in time because every flare was popped yet the missile still went after him.
And dont start with this "AFTERBURNER IS HOT" bullshit, this is not a mechanic in this game and if you think it is - you are beyond saving. Whats next? Netcode is great and we are just shooting blanks? Footstep audio was good but we couldn't hear shit because our characters are wearing ear protection? This is the same type of excuse lol.
I dare you to write some more bullshit instead of admitting that flare bug is a thing and it shouldn't work like that, Im waiting for some hot takes in the comments.

Battlefield 6 Match System suggestion: IMMEDIATELY start the match when the minimum player count is reached!
Title. It's rather annoying seeing the counter reaches (or goes past) the minimum amount after nearly 2 minutes of waiting (usually in more less popular maps/modes or quieter hours) only for the game to wait an additional 30 seconds or so before it puts the players in the map and begin the countdown... like just start the damn game already bruh 😂
The only reasoning I can think of for this additional wait time is that the game wants to ensure the player count actually holds above the minimum threshold, but that seems rather counterproductive.
That's also assuming that the extra time is intentional because there seems to be a noticeable amount of delay between the real player count seen via the scoreboard and the one on the counter, because the counter could take up to 10 seconds for it to input the real-time player count.

Battlefield 6 Did performence take a hit after last update?
I have a 3080 and a 5600x so average build and the game has felt sluggish since the update and especially on the new maps with also the occasional stutter. I have everything on low except textures on high and I use DLSS 4.5 on performence. I run a 3440x1440p so it doesn't help but I struggle to maintain over 100fps with dips in the high 70's.

Discussion Foot Step Audio too High?
Now, I know how much foot step audio was an issue before the patch notes that came with Season 5. And most people seem satisfied with the new audio. Here comes the but, I find foot step audio hilariously over tuned. I was playing Hagental and could hear enemies run under the tunnels on the mid obj, on Area 51 I could pre aim people that came running from like 40ish meters. Sure, makes you think when you hit sprint, but it’s frustrating getting heavily punished for simply trying to move. Additionally, audio for vehicles has not improved and audio crackling is still happening. Seems like they simply lowered and increase the volumes of friendly and enemy foot steps. On a positive note, distinguishing vertical audio is way better now. Except for some strange places like how I’ve mentioned being able to hear people coming through 5 meters of ground in Hagental.

Battlefield 6 New guns got hella bloom mk24 and RSPR
Lots of bloom plus small mags and recoil ain't for beginners either.
They already had plenty of drawbacks with the recoil and mags to bother with bullet dispersion as well. Fun guns but need to tone it down slightly IMO.
New LMG has wild recoil too, I don't think I'm gonna level it up soon, mostly bad sights too.
