Never stop working out

As an old man who exercises regularly, I don’t complain about my body nearly as often as my friends. Don’t forget to focus on flexibility and core strength for balance. Stretch!

Got any recommendations for daily stretches to do? Been wanting to find a decent morning yoga/stretch routine

What do you do for core strength? My balance can use some improvement. I do basic exercise and pushups to keep active.

I do muay thai so that covers everything but sit ups, planks, russian twists, bicycle kicks, scissor kicks, yoga, stuff like that (not all at the same time). Plus there are machines that target different core muscles. Lower back and hamstrings are important for me personally.

To add to this:
Learn proper postures and techniques in different exercises. Repetitive motions being done the wrong way will give wear and tear and lead to injuries. I was on my way to a bicep rupture and in my late 20’s, my back started getting messed up. Doctor and physical therapist saw how I was working out and explained why I was injured. I’m much better now in my 40’s. .
