Ryu figure is fantastic — only thing I would have preferred is a dumbbell joint at the waist, but I do like the crispness of the ab crunch since it helps bending him with the overlay.

Cyclops figure is a huge letdown, but I still love it since I'm a Cyclops fanboy. No butterfly joints of any kind is insulting though and this would have been one of the few times where an ab crunch is preferred because that split at the harness ia atrocious — a dumbbell joint at the waist with the ab crunch would have been amazing. Also annoying that the visor isn't really removable in the sense that it reveal his eyes, especially when X-23, Blade and Profrssor Hulk have that feature.

My wife commented that my shelf was super dusty so I decided to dust it on my day off. Took like an hour and half for these two shelves. I took down the figures dusted them with a duster, and then wiped down the shelf and put figures back on. I even mostly left them in the same pose or did lazy quick poses. I figured I would see if anyone had some tips or if a glass display case keeps out a lot of dust.

Also posting the crappy pics I took to send to my wife. So they are not meant to be awesome angles or lighting lol. Though I am thinking of putting a fairy light or 2 on some shelves to illuminate them better. The top shelf with the dragon balls was a gift my wife made me for my bday a few years ago, there are lights under the Dragon Balls that I can turn on to illuminate them.

Again just looking at how people dust their collections. Not sure if you can share pics but feel free to share a “collection” pic of your own. I think it would be cool to see everyone’s themed displays.

Recently got into collecting figures again, fav characters from my childhood, so I thought I’d do a little shoot for them.

The Tartarus Clan is associated with the events of the Fire and Stone and Life and Death comic series. On LV-797, the Predators discovered a derelict Engineer ship and attempted to claim its technology. This led to a conflict with the Colonial Marines aboard the USS Hasdrubal. The confrontation continued on LV-223.

On LV-223, Ahab challenged Hornhead, one of the clan’s strongest warriors. Hornhead wounded his opponent, but Ahab ultimately prevailed and killed him. The Predators later joined forces with the Marines to fight a Xenomorph horde.

Predators and Related Characters

1. Cracked Tusk
An experienced Predator and mentor known for his survival skills and leadership. He played an important role in the events on LV-797 but was killed by Captain Humble aboard the Engineer ship.
2. Hive Wars Predator
The sole survivor of a failed Xenomorph hunt on Xenomorph Prime. He survived alone, crafting weapons from the wreckage of a ship. He later joined the group on LV-797, where he died during a confrontation with the Marines.
3. Renegade
A young and ambitious Predator from the Jungle Hunter Clan. Trained by Cracked Tusk, he dreamed of claiming his first Xenomorph trophy. His direct involvement in the events on LV-797 has not been confirmed.
4. Scavage
A nomadic hybrid descended from Yautja and Super Predators. Despite his mixed heritage, he follows the Yautja code of honor and respects Cracked Tusk. His armor and weapons are inspired by his ancestor Nightstorm. He also hunts with a hound.
5. Hornhead (also known as Champion)
One of the strongest warriors in the Tartarus Clan. He was killed by Ahab in a duel on LV-223.
6. Ahab
A veteran hunter obsessed with claiming an Engineer as a trophy. He was previously associated with the Tartarus Clan and later allied himself with the Colonial Marines.
7. Lava Planet Predator
A member of a tribe originating in the volcanic regions of Yautja Prime. Its equipment is adapted to extreme heat and radiation. Cracked Tusk is credited with developing some of the technologies used by this tribe. Its direct involvement in the events on LV-797 has not been confirmed.
8. Viper Predator
The leader of the Serpent Clan, a group of mercenaries specializing in Xenomorph hunts. He belongs to a different clan but occasionally cooperates with Cracked Tusk. His group receives weapons, equipment, and transportation for its hunts.

I feel stupid but I’m not sure what’s what. I’m just now getting more into the hobby from more casually collecting some figures. From what I know I think there’s a kids line, a regular adult/collectors line and a premium adult/collectors line. Is the stuff currently on their website the kids, the stuff announced at comic con like the absolute line the regular adult, and the Hush Batman diorama the premium collectors line? I’m just now realizing that’s probably exactly what it is but can someone confirm that for me lol

My latest cel-shaded repaint: Yotanwa from Kingdom.
The shadows, highlights, and outlines are painted onto the figure to create a 2D anime look.
