Hey, about a year ago I posted my Doom log. With TFA around the corner, and having almost tripled my kc (with another 100 Treads drops) I figured it's not a bad time to post an update.

I would say around 80% of my ingame time since Doom release has been just there. My sessions are always 2-3 hours long and i do two a day. Lately I have been resetting at delve 35 which takes around 45 mins to get to. If anyone wants my setup I'm happy to share but with so many great guides we have I'm not even sure if it's necessary, I'm not doing anything revolutionary.

Why do I need more gp? I don't and I haven't for years. This is just what I enjoy to do, Doom especially is my favorite boss with how insanely repeatable the fight is (and rewarding). But I spend the gp on dupe megarares/gear to lend out to friends, random stacks of items, saving for TFA uniques and some 3a pieces.

Last thing, I'm sure there's going to be a number of people with very strong opinion on this. I'm not above criticism. But... I'm just a guy playing a game, I believe there's no reason to write some vile shit that i had to read in the past. It's really not that serious.

So, feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to answer them. Unless i don't want to answer them... in which case I won't answer them.

This is obvious when demonic gorillas drop a boulder on my head every time I glance away from my screen.

Just had a quick idea for a new potential mining activity. Keeping this write up quite simple but excited to expand on this.

1. Players tunnel into a mountain, mining rock to extend the tunnel, exposing veins and offshoots of ore to be collected. [Mining XP and Ore]

2. Players periodically build shaft reinforcements and extend cart track. [Construction XP and mobile bank deposit by way of mine cart]

3. You can go as deep as you want, the deeper you go the more lucrative the ore and XP gains become, however, the tunnels can collapse! A tunnel collapse will be an escapable event via a sepulchre style sprint to safety. Dying here causes you to lose some of the collected ore, XP is kept. [Agility XP]

4. Repeat!

After multiple failed attempts at phosanis I was asking myself. How t.f does any1 do this. I only was able to make it past phase 1 without completely draining my super restores and all these guides only use 2 prayer pots... and finally after running to slepe about 15 times I realized im an idiot... so Noob tip walk slightly north to phosanis and dont solo nightmare lol

for years now the halloween event at least comes like the week before halloween. instead of the first week of October. are they going to do it the same week as raids 4? just would be nice to enjoy the grim reaper deaths for all of October for once

Biggest drop I've ever gotten, first ever superior Rock Slug (I think with 95% bonus superior chance from the Mortimer task).

When TOB was released, it was one of the first real hard challenges in the game, since then the overall player base has gotten much better with the release of many different new/styles of bosses, back then knowing how to do CG meant you were elite.

This isn't a criticism of the item itself or a suggestion to boost them. I'm just curious what other contenders we have out there for useless items.

My example is barbed bolts. Slightly better than bronze bolts but worse than iron. Still requires a higher fletching level to create than iron bolts.

There is virtually no reason anyone would ever need to use them. I haven’t even encountered an incredibly niche ironman account that has needed to use them.
