Discussion Bronzeman Vs Hardcore Mains
Can someone explain why Bronzeman had to be polled whilst Hardcore main does not? Not only did Bronzeman have to be polled, but they muddied that poll by putting unbound Bronzeman in the same blog confusing people.
I've talked with no voters I know and some of them had economic concerns about Bronzeman effecting bond prices and them interacting with the broader economy. Hardcore main will impact bond prices 100× worse as people will be alt scaping with mules. People will also be trust trading to exchange wealth in order to gain an advantage. Ultimately Hardcore Main impacts the economy and price of bonds more than Bronzeman and doesn't require a poll?
Also let's be real. Hardcore main is just content creator mode and will be dead once the content hype dies off. Bronzeman wouldn't have made as good content, but the average player would of been much more likely to enjoy Bronzeman mode than Hardcore main.

Achievement Loot from 85 000 Doom kc (52 723 Deep delves) ~ 50B
Hey, about a year ago I posted my Doom log. With TFA around the corner, and having almost tripled my kc (with another 100 Treads drops) I figured it's not a bad time to post an update.
I would say around 80% of my ingame time since Doom release has been just there. My sessions are always 2-3 hours long and i do two a day. Lately I have been resetting at delve 35 which takes around 45 mins to get to. If anyone wants my setup I'm happy to share but with so many great guides we have I'm not even sure if it's necessary, I'm not doing anything revolutionary.
Why do I need more gp? I don't and I haven't for years. This is just what I enjoy to do, Doom especially is my favorite boss with how insanely repeatable the fight is (and rewarding). But I spend the gp on dupe megarares/gear to lend out to friends, random stacks of items, saving for TFA uniques and some 3a pieces.
Last thing, I'm sure there's going to be a number of people with very strong opinion on this. I'm not above criticism. But... I'm just a guy playing a game, I believe there's no reason to write some vile shit that i had to read in the past. It's really not that serious.
So, feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to answer them. Unless i don't want to answer them... in which case I won't answer them.
Hope everyone planning to do Raids 4 has early bird luck there and maybe we will see each other!

Discussion 🇦🇺 Aussie Ironman CC Recruiting!
G'day everyone!
If you're an Aussie or Kiwi player looking for an active, friendly CC to call home, we'd love to have you.
We've got 175 members, with around 25 to 40 people online during peak times. We're aiming for that sweet spot where we're big enough to have an active community, but not so massive that you feel like just another name in the CC. There's generally always someone around to chat to, boss with or just hang out with.
We're predominantly an Ironman clan, with players across the entire journey, from maxed accounts and Grandmaster CA grinders to skillers, cloggers and people just starting their Ironman adventure. We have mains in the CC too, and they're more than welcome. You don't have to be an iron to join us!
We're also starting to get some clan events going, including:
🏆 Skill of the Week
👹 Boss of the Week
🎯 BINGOs
⚔️ Group bossing and other PvM activities
The idea is to give everyone more reasons to get involved, meet other members and have something to work towards together, whether you're a casual player or grinding end game content.
We're a relaxed bunch with no activity requirements or elitist attitude. Just a group of Aussies and Kiwis who enjoy playing OSRS together.
If you're looking for an active CC without the feeling of being in a massive clan, come say g'day! 🇦🇺
CC: PZs Army
IGN: Parrotzebra
All players are welcome. Jump in and say hello or PM me for an invite! 🤝

Question Hardcore main new account
How will this work exactly?
Will i have to bond up a second account for it?
I cant use my existing account into a hardcore world it seems.
If you die on the HC your account can be transfered to the standard worlds, that means you cant have a standard world account with the HC at the same time otherwise it would overwrite your standard account?

Suggestion Rs3 Reignited Scrapped. Which is Cool But Their Was A Gem in That Update I Think Should Be Implemented Their and OSRS
Bring the Hall of Legends to RuneScape 3 and Old School RuneScape
The Idea
With RuneScape: Reignited being cancelled, I think there’s one idea worth saving and giving a life of its own: the Hall of Legends.
Rather than bringing back the entire project, Jagex could turn the Hall of Legends into a standalone, 30-day challenge for both RuneScape 3 and Old School RuneScape.
The idea is simple: players start fresh, compete to be the first to reach level 99 in each eligible skill, and earn a permanent place in RuneScape history.
Each game would have its own challenge worlds, its own economy, its own races, and its own winners. That way, RS3 and OSRS players can both take part without one version affecting the other.
How the 30-Day Challenge Would Work
Jagex opens dedicated challenge worlds for RS3 and OSRS.
Players create or use eligible challenge characters and start from scratch.
The event runs for an initial period of 30 days.
Players compete to be the first to reach level 99 in each eligible skill.
The first eligible player to reach 99 in a skill earns a permanent statue in that game's Hall of Legends.
Each game has its own leaderboard and winners, with a shared website or tracker potentially showing the progress of both versions.
The goal isn't just to see who can gain the most XP. It's to give players a fresh world where everyone has a fair shot at making history.
Everyone Starts on a Level Playing Field
For this to work, the challenge worlds would need to be properly separated from the main games.
Players shouldn't be able to bring over gold, gear, items, resources, or other advantages from their existing accounts. Everyone should begin with the same basic opportunities and build their progress within the challenge itself.
This would help prevent established players from using years of accumulated wealth or supplies to get ahead before the race even begins.
Jagex would also need clear rules to prevent botting, cheating, outside transfers, and unfair use of alternate accounts to funnel resources to another player.
The point is to reward the people who actually take part in the challenge, not those who find a way to bring an outside advantage into it.
A New Economy Built by the Players
One of the things I find most interesting about this idea is what could happen to the economy over those 30 days.
Because everyone starts fresh, players would have to gather their own resources, train their skills, fight monsters, produce items, and trade with each other to get ahead.
For example:
Woodcutters could sell logs to players training Firemaking.
Miners could supply ores to players training Smithing.
Players gathering food and materials could support those focused on combat.
Crafters, gatherers, and other producers could make money by supplying players who don't have the time to gather everything themselves.
The economy would develop naturally based on what players need and what other players are willing to provide.
Some people might focus entirely on their own race to 99, while others might find that they can make a name for themselves by supplying the people competing at the top.
That creates another layer to the challenge. It's not only about gaining XP as quickly as possible; it's also about how players work within a brand-new economy to get there.
Permanent Statues for the First to 99
The main reward would be a permanent statue in the Hall of Legends for the first eligible player to reach level 99 in each eligible skill.
Each statue could display:
The player's character name.
The skill they were first to reach level 99 in.
The date and time the achievement was completed.
Whether the achievement was earned in RS3 or OSRS.
Jagex could use its server records to verify who reached the milestone first and confirm that the achievement followed the event rules.
Once awarded, a statue would be permanent. Even after the challenge worlds close, the player would keep their place in the Hall of Legends.
This would be more than another temporary reward or achievement notification. It would be a lasting recognition of something a player accomplished in RuneScape.
And because the two games would have separate competitions, players in RS3 and OSRS could each earn their own recognition.
A Chance for Smaller Streamers and Content Creators
I also think this could create a great opportunity for smaller streamers and content creators.
A lot of the time, the biggest names in gaming already have established audiences before an event even starts. But in a fresh challenge where everyone starts from scratch, there's an opportunity for someone relatively unknown to stand out through their gameplay, dedication, strategy, or personality.
Imagine a small streamer becoming the first player to reach 99 in a particular skill and earning a permanent statue in the game. That achievement could bring new viewers to their stream and help them build an audience.
Of course, it wouldn't guarantee anyone popularity or success. But it would give people something exciting to compete for and a chance to get noticed through what they accomplish, rather than how many followers they already have.
It could also give the wider community something to watch, discuss, and follow as the races develop.
What Happens After the First 30 Days?
I don't think this should become a recurring event where everything resets every few months and players have to start over again.
The initial 30 days would be the main challenge period. Once it ends, the challenge worlds could close temporarily while Jagex reviews the results and confirms the winners.
However, it's possible that some skills won't have had anyone reach level 99 within that time. Rather than leaving those statues permanently unclaimed, Jagex could reopen the same challenge worlds after around three to six months.
Players who were eligible and registered for the original challenge could return with their existing challenge characters and continue working towards the remaining statues.
The rules would be straightforward:
Statues already awarded remain permanently claimed.
Only skills whose statues are still unclaimed remain open for competition.
Returning players continue with their existing challenge characters and progress.
The challenge worlds do not reset, and players don't have to start the entire event over again.
This would give players another opportunity to finish the races without turning the Hall of Legends into a never-ending cycle of fresh starts.
The goal is to fill the Hall of Legends over time, with each statue representing a real achievement in that challenge.
Why Both RS3 and OSRS Should Be Included
I think this idea would be stronger if both versions of RuneScape were included from the beginning.
RS3 and OSRS have different gameplay systems, progression, and communities, so each version should have its own dedicated challenge worlds, economy, leaderboard, and Hall of Legends.
That means neither game's results would affect the other, and players could compete in the version they enjoy most.
A shared website could still bring the two events together, showing the races, claimed statues, and remaining skill records for both games in one place.
It would give the community a common event to follow while respecting the differences between the two versions.
Why I Think This Is Worth Doing
The Hall of Legends could give players something different from the usual seasonal event or temporary competition.
It would offer:
A fresh start for players who want a new challenge.
A player-driven economy that develops naturally.
A fair race with clear rules and independently verified winners.
A chance for smaller creators to gain recognition.
Permanent in-game rewards that remain meaningful after the event ends.
A reason for the community to follow and discuss the competition.
A way to preserve one idea from RuneScape: Reignited without having to revive the entire cancelled project.
Most importantly, it would create a lasting record of what players accomplished under the same starting conditions.
The statues wouldn't just represent who played the most. They would represent who achieved a specific milestone first within a dedicated challenge built around that goal.
Let's Get This Idea in Front of Jagex
I'm not asking Jagex to bring back the entirety of RuneScape: Reignited. I'm asking them to consider taking one idea from it and turning it into something the RuneScape community could actually experience.
A 30-day Hall of Legends challenge for both RS3 and OSRS would give players a fresh start, a new economy to build, and a genuine opportunity to make history in a game we've spent years playing.
It would give smaller streamers a chance to make a name for themselves, give the community something exciting to follow, and reward players with something far more meaningful than another achievement notification: a permanent place in RuneScape.
And unlike an event that simply resets every few months, the challenge could remain open for unfinished skill races, allowing players to return and claim any statues that are still unclaimed.
I genuinely believe this is an idea worth considering, and I'd love to see how the community feels about it.
If you like this idea, please share your thoughts, suggest improvements, and help get it noticed by Jagex. The more constructive discussion it generates, the clearer it becomes whether this is something players actually want.
I'd especially like to hear what people think about the isolated economies, the 30-day time limit, and the idea of permanently immortalising the first player to reach 99 in each skill.
Jagex, if this reaches you, please consider giving the Hall of Legends a chance to live on as its own event. It doesn't require bringing back the entire cancelled project, just the opportunity for players to compete fairly and leave their mark on the game.
Thirty days. Two games. Fresh economies. One first-to-99 winner for every eligible skill. A statue that lasts forever.
Let's give players the chance to make RuneScape history.

Discussion WoW Forever or RuneScape? [New to MMO’s]
I’m pretty new to MMOs in general. I recently started playing SWTOR and have been loving it, and a few days ago I finally decided to give RuneScape a try since it’s one of those games everyone seems to recommend.
I started with RS3 because of the graphics, and I’m enjoying it so far, but after looking into OSRS, I’m debating whether I should switch over. OSRS seems to have a healthier playerbase and community, at least from what I’ve seen, and I don’t want to sink hundreds of hours into RS3 only to feel like I should’ve started with OSRS instead.
WoW Forever has also genuinely caught my attention. I’ve never played Classic or Retail, so I’d be going in completely blind, but the idea of exploring Azeroth, leveling up, and experiencing that old-school MMO feeling sounds right up my alley. The approach Forever is taking with its world and future content makes me curious to see what WoW is all about.
I’ve also heard that a lot of WoW players have OSRS running on a second monitor while they play, which honestly sounds like a pretty fun combination lol.
For those who’ve played both, would OSRS be a good game to play alongside WoW Forever, or would you recommend focusing on WoW first? And for someone who’s never played WoW before, does Forever seem like a good place to start?
I’m just looking for games I can get invested in for years, so I’d love to hear what you guys think!

Suggestion An idea for some smithing rework / long-term addition
Been thinking about the skill, and while smithing runes at an appropriate level is a cool, I don't think it's enough to make Smithing worth investing in long-term.
Looking at places like Horvik's shop, there are a bunch of whetstones, repair benches and other smithing-related objects in the game that currently serve no purpose. Could be a cool way to make the skill more useful while fitting into the game thematically.
What if you could use Smithing to improve your existing gear, with success rates scaling all the way up to 99?
For example, sharpening a weapon could give it extra accuracy, with a small chance of getting an additional strength bonus. At lower Smithing levels, you'd have a higher chance of failing and potentially losing the item, while higher levels would make the process safer.
This could also work as an item sink, giving players another reason to train Smithing beyond the usual unlocks.
Anyone else think something like this could work?

Suggestion Bank Fillers...
So I know bank fillers have been in the game for quite some time now, and I do notice that there might be some technical limitations. However...
I believe it should be looked into to maybe have these bank fillers not take up bank slots. I understand you can currently get quite a large amount of bank spaces if you purchase the expansions, which you can use bank fillers sometimes without even noticing. However I feel like for something that is PURELY a organizational tool to allow players to clean up their bank how they like, does it really require it to take up bank spaces?
I understand there again might be some technical limitations to this, however it's been quite some time since they were released back in 2016 (10 years wow). Maybe it's time to revisit these a bit. Take some time to look into how they can be improved.
I know it's such a small and minor thing, but it would be cool to see it updated.
Ideas:
1.) Bank Fillers no longer taking up bank slots.
2.) The ability to change the bank filler icon (maybe a preset list of sprites)
3.) The ability to right click and insert bank filler into your bank.

Question Do you think amulet of strength (implying same requirements it has now to make) would pass a poll if it were to never be an item until now?
Im just curious, obviously its one of the oldest items in the game but do you think current generation of players would see a +10 melee strength amulet proposed that you basically get at the very start of the game and see it as no problem? Not even saying theres a problem with it now, I just always thought it was crazy how good the amulet is for a "starter" item
