The distinction is small, but critical. If you are waiting for someone to "take" you on a raid, the onus is on them to volunteer to whisk you away on an adventure. You have zero agency. You are an inanimate object, similar to a Sara brew or a tentacle whip.

If you start a team and post for +3, you are an actual human being and not an NPC waiting for the main character to happen upon you. This is how teams are formed.

Clan that I've been with for 6 years, did many activities (BA, TOB, GWD) now doesn't wanna bring me into their Scurrius group. I even showed the ropes to some of the people, and now I'm not too good for them. hell, in some of our runs together in TFA I carried a room after they planked.

The reason? oh "We've got all of the drops already" "Dude seriously we're done with Scurrius stop asking it's an early game boss we're grinding raids now"

Yeah I guess that's one way to find out your clan blows....

Apparently I killed Arraxor without making it move

So we got this clan member who is extremely good at raids but frankly we are just tired of raiding with him.

Our clan is a chill clan that likes to do relaxed and this guy always goes max sweat in raids. Like when he teaches he rages at learners for not knowing advanced strats. He also does highly risky sweat strategies and kills half the team with them when he messes up.

How can we politely tell this guy he's no longer welcome in our raids. We just want peace and good times.
