my plan is to be able to finish all of the agents someday💖 and I will share all of them here one by one

seeing stats for velocity, satchel positioning and info is insane to me. this would be really helpful to learn new movement mechanics and train my aim.

i saw this on tiktok, and someone said its just a chinese website (but didnt say which 🫩)

so im wondering if anyone here knows what this is, and what i need to do as an NA player to test it out (vpn, etc.)

side note features in this should be added to vanilla valorant, genuinely be so helpful for learning new movement tech.

CS2 was my first fps and im from EU and you barely never got girls in your lobbies,only if its faceit or very high ranks,but so far in Valo i had like 5 matches and almost all had girls in. Why do so many girls love this game but not CS2?

Mind you.. I played like shit the next match. I don't think I did anything special here, but I did play well in that match and got match MVP.

i got so used to using borderless windowed that i just now figure out that im not on fullscreen.
ive been using it for too long, and now, playing fullscreen makes me play bad because is very difference, mouse is smooth, almost kind of floaty, windowed mode feels more "raw", should i learn to play in fullscreen again?

a year and a half i would always do the best perfomance things ever, but i spent more than a year without playing any game, and when i came back i was just a casual offline player, so for me it was better to use windowed since it didnt matter in offline games, and the instantly alt tab is cool.

now that im coming back to competitive games (im gold in valorant 😭😭) and want to lock in, because ive never been gold in any game i played before, its hurting my ego.

Sorry about the previous post. Honestly, I admit I got a bit lazy and used AI to help write it, so I’ve decided to repost it.

Over the past few patches, Sentinels like Cypher, Killjoy, and Vyse have all been nerfed, yet Veto is still rarely picked. At Shanghai Champions, these agents, along with Chamber and Sage, all saw play, while Veto was barely seen.

The problem isn't just numbers. His role itself is conflicted.

A Sentinel's main job is to control space, gather information, and delay enemy pushes. However, Veto's trap is easy to spot and destroy, and even when triggered, it doesn't reliably stop enemies from pushing. He tries to stand out through his anti-utility and mobility, but neither mechanic provides enough value to justify his place as a Sentinel.

Then there's Chamber. Many consider him a direct upgrade over Veto, but nerfing Chamber doesn't mean Veto will suddenly become viable. Chamber's instant TP allows him to take aggressive fights and quickly escape, an advantage Veto simply can't replicate.

More importantly, Veto's problem isn't just that Chamber outperforms him. His kit is fundamentally caught between different roles. His anti-utility isn't reliable enough for a defensive Sentinel, while his mobility isn't strong enough to make him a better choice for taking gunfights.

Personally, I don't think Riot had a clear idea of Veto's identity when they designed him. (Let's be honest, even if Chamber disappeared, that still wouldn't guarantee Veto a spot in the meta.) I've spent quite a bit of time thinking about how Veto could be buffed, but I've come to the conclusion that his kit has some pretty fundamental flaws. (Putting aside his weak ability to hold against rushes, pretty much everything Veto can do, other Sentinels can do Better.)

I won’t link it directly cause I’m not trying to brigade anybody, but I saw a video yesterday from one of those dudes who does the whole “we have a really selective program and only take so many people on so we can focus on them 100%, you get 500rr in your first month or your money back”

Then, partway through the video, he starts telling people who are in low ELO to “have more tension during your flicks, it’s good to grip the mouse really hard” (I swear to god)

I’m new to the game, but know enough about aiming to state that tension usage is a bit more nuanced than that. With that being said, I could see how a coach might be worth it if you wanna rank up quick and have the $$$.

So… how many of these dudes are scamming?

Where did the in-game leaderboard go? I can’t seem to find it anymore. Was it moved to a different menu, temporarily removed, or disabled after a recent update? If anyone knows where to find it now, please let me know.

Running around map going round corners feels uncomfortable and people just headship me before I can aim at them not even spraying works also trying to kill an annoying strafer is a problem and I've practised movement in dm to and yet I still can't track someone's head while moving and shooting with A n D.

This is the worst map pool I’ve ever seen this game have competitively. Do you know how awful it feels to play summit, then bind, then abyss? And then you have these people that treat you like you’re subhuman. I don’t think I can play ranked at all this act

Melee skins are $50, why do they not have finishers on them. I feel like it would really incentivize melee kills. There should also be melee kill counters for the agent cards.

I'm trying to make a cross-wall for both defend and attack but I can only get this gap closed 1 of 10 times by luck/chance. Is there a consistent method or a specific trick I have to know?

Okay so i used to be a consistent immo player. Took about a 2.5 year break and came back near the middle of last act. For some reason i was placed gold 1💀. I quickly got back to ascendant and im now 2 games off immo again. However i’ve been doing this with horrible RR gains and losses. Average is 14 for win and 24 for loss. It’s been like this the entire time even in gold. finished last act with 82% win rate and have a 76% win rate this act. But still the same gains and losses. How long realistically should i have to wait to like start getting even again maybe even 18 for win 18 for loss? I don’t understand why my MMR is so low and why it won’t go up. I legit feel like i’m the best i’ve ever been hoping to get immo 3 by end of this act but the RR problem is so dumb. For context i main initiator and controller and have march MVP 5 times this act and team mvp 3. So im contributing not just bottom of board each game either. Just LMK your experiences!

I’m currently diamond 2 about to drop to diamond 1, and I had hit my peak rank (diamond 3) last act. I’m getting queued into lobbies with a bunch of plat and even a gold player with a diamond player or sometimes 2 on the other team. I assume that my mmr is probably pretty shit, as I had a period where I wasn’t playing consistently a little bit ago.

It feels like I have to hard carry every game to be able to win, and if I’m not playing to the best of my ability, my teammates just aren’t good enough to win against the other team. Is there anything I can do? Anyone else had a similar experience? Overall, I feel like I’m getting scammed by the matchmaking system, and the game is expecting me to top frag literally every game.
