just got dc'd so i exited the game to relog, got the trying to update launcher and then failed on both steam and arcgames. anyone else getting this right now?

Hey Captains! In the blog that announced the 60th Anniversary Starship Icons Lock Box, we used the phrase "This is the cheapest an individual box can cost," in regards to the 60-Pack of Icon Packs. This phrase lead many people to believe that the 60-pack-bundle was the cheapest these boxes would ever be, and that was our error in phrasing. This caused a lot of frustration when we put two new bundles on sale this weekend, and the individual packs were cheaper in those bundles. We apologize for the confusion and frustration we caused.

On Thursday at 8am on PC, anyone who bought the 60-pack-bundle will be able to claim, for free, 10 Starship Icon Prize Packs, once per account. These will be in the Promotions Tab of the Zen Store. These Prize Packs will never expire.

In addition, when these Prize Packs launch on Console, Console Captains will be able to purchase a 70-pack-bundle instead of the 60-pack-bundle. This bundle will cost exactly the same amount of Zen as the 60-pack-bundle did on PC, and will still contain 60 bonus schematics. Thanks for your patience over the last few days.

Hi everyone, finally got my second ever campaign box and ive been torn, ive slowy been making a carrier character so to speak grabbing the hydra, SAD, and other ships and traits that would help but im torn in this, I play a rom (KDF aligned) and im torn on grabbing the valkis or the friendship carrier, ive been told both are pretty equal but i would like some other opinions on it?

I haven't used the "Assimilated Borg Technology" set in a while, but I am 99% certain that it is not supposed to look like this. The white blocks always appear whenever the passive ability activates.

Is this a known bug?

EDIT: For reference, the ship in the images is a Legendary Sovereign T6-X2. I swapped to a Legendary Galaxy-X T6-X and it doesn't seem to have the same problem with the set visual.

Or the option already there in a setting somewhere and I'm just missing it?

Can't say the game has the easiest to read Options screen on PC, so I won't be surprised if I've just missed something fundamental in there that could help out with the usual post-Kern System Patrol 'F' spamming to collect lootz.

So its been like 3 weeks since im playing and can t believe i ve skipped this game…

I gave up on star trek as a franchise after season 3 of discovery, i just said its not for people like me anymore maybe im too old school.

The episodes are really really good in this game. Betrayals, suicide bombs and for the first time in a long time im starting to remember the characters in a game so its making a impact on me.

Im not max level yet but i don t feel any rush. Like Conan exiles, this game will stay installed on my pc forever just to do some random patrol or crafting until new episodes come out.

I keep seeing a blue version of Gravity Well with Temporal Anchor trait, which is normally red. What is it ?

I have gone through the entire Know Your Anomaly sheet and it isn't on there either. I have asked AI and keep getting answers that are totally wrong. I'm hoping someone here knows.

To be clear, the visual is identical (not just similar) to the red Temporal Anchor trait version of Gravity Well, but it's blue.

Can this ship be reskinned as TOS Enterprise? I want it for the trait, but am considering other ships. If I could get this to further my long term goal of owning every enterprise that would help me decide.

I’m currently saving up EC to pick one up from the exchange since my luck with the Icon Boxes is abysmal. Would you say it is worth it?

I’ve looked at the trait and while I think it is really cool, I’m not sure how useful it will be. As always for me, I’m looking at the console, while I think is going to be useful as it not only triggers instant warp cores breaches if it kills enemies but is 180.

For context, I’m currently running a CRF build on a Typhoon.

heyo just wondering if anyone has any advice on getting the Kelvin era enterprise, ive been trying to get one for a while i only started playing a few weeks ago, i did have someone offer to give me one of theirs in exhcange for a T6 cruiser i had boxed but i got scammed :(, any methods on even how to grind energy points to buy one from the exchange would be amazing thank you!

I have, maybe a bit of a silly question. Recently, I've ran into an artists interpretation of the Oberth-class with various mission pods attached, noteably including no pod at all, which I've found a deeply interesting concept visually.

Is there anything that's reasonably close to this appearance wise in game? I'm assuming not, but I've figured with how many ships there are these days I'd rather ask lol
