A viewer told him that no artist has 5 classic albums, but he disagreed and brought up Radiohead along with other artists in this video.

Instead of just taking in how good it really is. Think about how great Radiohead are as artists that this work is in the bottom third of your discography. Instead of focusing on ranking art, perhaps we need to appreciate it in all its spendor (or splendour).

I mean after discovering the pinnacle of music, what the fuck else am i supposed to listen to? Genuinely.
I never bought a vinyl before, Till yesterday. Now for whatever reason, in case the power grid were to go out i can still experience In Rainbows so I’m good.
Radiohead does not make songs, they make art
Edit: im specifically very into the progression and build up(?) of emotions followed by that sort of release or crash. very prevalent in, weird fishes, exit music, reckoner, nude, jigsaw,

Superb gig, such a beautiful soul. I hope he realises how great he is, which I don’t think he does. Blue Morpho is a brilliant album, one of the best of any of the solo careers of the band. Shine on you crazy diamond Ed ❤️

Hi, I finally managed to get the ProShot of Nice Dream and The Tourist. I combined it with the 1-hour stream I had and the alternative one that had 3 extra songs, plus Airbag, Planet Telex, and You from Public.I had uploaded it to YouTube but it was deleted an hour ago, so I left it on archive.org

Pablo Honey was originally not really praised by critics and even now the band hate it . But let me explain why it’s a not that bad / good album.
You - Banger as the opener . The little intro riff , iconic. The scream , magnificent. This is a pretty good song let’s be honest. It has a mysterious vibe . I personally like it.
Creep - Yes it’s overplayed , a lot. But still , think about it . It sounds beautiful. Often Radiohead fan says that the band would be better without this song but let’s be honest . It’s needed in their discography. Not only that but this song made a lot of us the start of our Radiohead mania
How Do You ? - This is where the album gets less good. Sound simple but yet energetic. Sounds like a song made by teenagers or by a young band ( which is the case here )
Thinking About You - An acoustic song is practically necessary for an rock album . Yet it still pretty simple and not that original. ( It was Thom Mom’s favorite song on the record )
Anyone Can Play Guitar - Another single from the album . Pretty catchy and cool to hear . Sounds a bit destructive in a good way . A bit more experimental I must say . Lyric are pretty random tho.
Ima skip Ripcord , Vegetable , Prove Yourself,
These songs are pretty sound alike . This is part that make the album gets a lower rating.
Lurgee - Sounds soft . A little ballad near the end of the album . Relaxing . Represents pretty well the album cover . And the little riff at the end is so good .
Blow Out - For me the best song on the album . Sound soft and pure . The perfect mix of soft verse and explosive chorus . Ends perfectly the album . These jazzy chords goes really well together.
The album cover is also really important. And it’s not that bad . If you look beyond the flower and the baby . There is a white yellowish "bed sheet" . If feels like a hot Sunday Morning or a new marriage .
This album is more than you think. Give it another listen. And show him some love . Even his parents don’t like him 😢
Edit : I forgot to add Stop Whispering. Let’s be honest it’s not that bad . A pretty good sounding chorus . Sounds like the album cover too . Was even a single with a music video.

I personally think they’re underrated masterpieces. This guy deserves a hell of a lot more views.

I would like to get a telecaster similar to Jonny's tele plus. What's the best way to achive this without spending to much (1k more or less).
I wanted to get a tele and swap the pickup with the lace sensor. Red Humbucker at the bridge and Blue on the neck.
But wich tele model should i choose? I wanted a nice body that could fit the humbucker at the bridge, since normal tele have a oblique single coil.
Should i get a tele plus or a normal tele and then make a luthier swap the pickup for me?
(The guitar photo is an example i found in this subreddit)

Hello there, I made a In Rainbows poster, just wanted to share it.
It references the first lyrics of WF/A (my favorite song of the album).
You can find the print file in high quality (already with 4 mm of bleed margins) at the link below.

What do you think, is it an authentic release or just some kind of bootleg? I bought it from a reliable seller who specializes in importing CDs from Japan.

If you’re a fan of Jonny’s orchestral work (in Radiohead, his film scores/solo work, and elsewhere), you’ll probably enjoy Krzysztof Penderecki. Jonny cites him as a massive influence, and this lil album is a fantastic starting point if you’d like to get acquainted.

Companies are increasingly outsourcing ads to influencers and YouTube increasingly shows terrible ads. This ad uses weird fishes. Im wondering how we can report this, maybe there's a way to report it to RH's team? YouTube does nothing about copyright reports unless they're reported by the copyright holder. There is no way they were authorized to use the song!

I’m gonna be hosting a Radiohead appreciation listening party soon, for a small group of friends (about 10-15 people) who are not RH fans (yet!).
Overarching goal: Audience should walk away feeling like they “know” what Radiohead sounds like, and whether they are intrigued to explore deeper or if they know it’s not for them.
The plan is to travel through their mainline album discography in chronological order, playing two songs from each of the 9 albums. I’ll be curating the selection of songs from each album, and I want songs that capture the feel and vibe of the album. I welcome both the hits and more-obscure tracks, as long as they contribute to sufficiently representing the album’s sound and style. This friend group has fairly developed listening tastes, so I think they have a decent tolerance for tracks that are not so radio-friendly. Also, if we assume 20 minutes per album (including non-musical time spent introducing each album, Q&A discussion, bathroom breaks, etc), this will take at least 3 hours total; so I want to be mindful about the pacing of the playlist to keep people engaged until the end. And finally, I want the playlist to have a narrative flow to it, that tells the bands story while also feeling like a super-album on its own accord (with a beginning middle and end)
Given the above constraints, I would love this community’s opinion and advice regarding my curated playlist:
Creep
Vegetable
Planet Telex
My Iron Lung
Airbag
Paranoid Android
Everything in its right place
How to disappear completely
Pyramid Song
Like Spinning Plates
2+2=5
There there
15 Step
Weird Fishes
Bloom
Lotus flower
Daydreaming
True Love Waits
I welcome your feedback and suggestions, especially if you provide rationale as to why your edits are an improvement. Thanks!

Asking out of curiosity not because I'm judging him. I'm wondering what his thinking is because it seems that he feels one way and then he does something that doesn't align with that belief
