Does anyone know if there's a way I can buy a OnePlus 15 global version in the UK? I've been looking on eBay and other similar websites and I can't seem to tell if they're definitely the global model, should I just give up?

So my dad is in china right now. I have a Samsung A16 5g and I want to upgrade to a better phone (This thing lags a lot). The Chinese models support all the bands in my area and I have no problem with a Chinese rom. (Could be better I can convert easily). Should I buy an Ace 6 or the 15 model. (I could go for 16 but it is just too much for me. And my dad will come home before Ace 7 releases). I don't use camera often. Please suggest.

Six weeks, three broken written promises, and my OnePlus 12 is sent back unrepaired!!

Posting this because I want other people to know what "OnePlus still supports European users" actually looks like in practice right now.

1 Sept 2026: My OnePlus 12 (bought new in Greece, Oct 2024, around €900) stopped powering on. Sent it to the OnePlus service centre in Rotterdam. Diagnosis: battery fault.

Mid Sept: Support offers me a replacement device, an OPPO Reno16 Pro 5G. I ask three direct questions and get three direct answers in writing: brand new sealed unit, new full 24-month warranty, my old device will be kept by them. I accept. They reply that the new device will be sent out within 5 working days.

A few days later: The replacement is withdrawn. Reason given: my unit is an overseas regional model, so EU warranty terms don't apply. Instead they say they will cover the repair under full in warranty terms at no cost, with dispatch on 30 September.

30 Sept: Nothing. No update, no dispatch. Three follow-up emails go completely unanswered.

7 Oct: I use live chat. The agent apologises, escalates to a "higher department", promises a reply in 1–2 business days.

14 Oct: Six weeks after they received my phone, I'm told the fault is not the battery after all, but the mainboard. All data would be lost, and I would now have to pay for the repair myself. I'm also advised to contact my original retailer, a shop that has since closed down.

16 Oct : My device is dispatched back to me. Then I receive their own official Service Order. It states: Cause of Failure, battery fault. Solution, Not Handle.

So according to their own paperwork, the fault is the battery, exactly the repair they committed in writing to do for free, and nothing was done to the device at all.

Six weeks without a phone, no repair, no replacement, and two written commitments withdrawn. I've filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre and I have the full correspondence.

Written commitments from this company turned out to mean nothing, three times in a row.

If you own a OnePlus device in Europe right now, good luck you may need it.

when you go to the weather app, multi weather forecast line, and long press either the Line or List options, do you have this continuous vibration? Im on 1+12 and discovered that while checking if it will let me set the list as default option, like the app drawer.

I’m currently using the iPhone 16 pro max and I’m debating if I should buy the OnePlus 16 from China. Does anyone already have the OnePlus 16? Can you share your experience? I’m curious about the camera.

Hello I use oneplus 11r andI just bought a new earbud from nu republic but my volume is too high it does not get low even I put it low on the phone but it works well in another phone. Also other earbuds work well in my phone . I just doesn't understand the issue , I tried Equalizer but it doesn't work. Please help me out guys

Is there a way to load e-sim through a 3rd party sim adapter to get esim support on oneplus 15 cn version?

Whenever I save a photo or video from WhatsApp, I find that the default Photos app squirrels it away in some hidden folder, and I'm having to manually move it to my photos album in order for it to show up in the main Photos folder.

Is there a way to make the Photos app show these saved WhatsApp media onto the main Photos page (ideally not having to use a different photos app)?

I have tried turning Media Visibility on WhatsApp to On, but this doesn't change anything.

I like my oneplus 12..but when the pictures are taken and processed it shows heavily oversharpened. It looks really ridiculous. Has anyone found out about way to prevent this? Or recommend a app? The outcome is horrible. Are all brands like this or is this typical oneplus? Jises.

I'm facing a frustrating notification issue on my OnePlus Nord CE 6, and I'm looking for a solution from anyone who has experienced the same problem.

📱 Phone and software details

• Device: OnePlus Nord CE 6
• Android version: Android 16
• Software version: CPH2805_16.0.5.703(EX01)
• App affected: WhatsApp

🐛 Problem description

Whenever I'm on a WhatsApp voice call or video call, incoming WhatsApp messages don't show a floating banner/pop-up notification at the top of the screen.

For example, if I'm having a WhatsApp video call with someone and that same person sends me a message during the call, the message arrives, but no banner appears on the screen.

The same problem happens during WhatsApp voice calls.

What I've observed

• WhatsApp message banners work normally when I'm not on a WhatsApp call.
• During a WhatsApp voice or video call, message banners completely disappear.
• The messages are still delivered and appear in the chat.
• I can see the WhatsApp notification icon in the status bar.
• The notification is also present in the notification panel, but the floating banner doesn't appear.
• The problem occurs in both full-screen video calls and when using the floating/minimized call window.

🔧 Troubleshooting I've already tried

1. Enabled WhatsApp notifications in Android settings.
2. Checked the WhatsApp Message Notifications category.
3. Confirmed that banner/floating notifications are enabled.
4. Turned OFF “Simplify banner notifications when using an app in full screen.”
5. Checked WhatsApp's in-app notification settings, but there is no “In-app notifications” option.
6. Checked notification settings for the WhatsApp message category.
7. Cleared the WhatsApp cache and restarted the phone.
8. Checked the relevant notification and background activity settings.

Despite all these steps, the problem persists.

❓ Questions

1. Is this a known issue with OxygenOS 16 on the OnePlus Nord CE 6?
2. Is WhatsApp intentionally suppressing message banners while a voice or video call is active, or could this be an OxygenOS bug?
3. Is there any hidden setting, ADB command, or other reliable workaround that can make WhatsApp message banners appear during calls?
4. Has anyone using the same phone or software version experienced this issue?
5. Could a WhatsApp update or an OxygenOS update fix it?

I'd appreciate any tested solutions, especially from OnePlus Nord CE 6 users running the same software version.

This is a weird post, but I kind of just feel like writing this. Today, my new phone arrived on my doorstep and I'm hyped about it already. But that means I have to leave my old One plus 9 pro behind and it kinda makes me sad. It was probably the best phone I've had up until now and it served me well for 5 years. I'm leaving the One plus sphere now, but I will always be thankful for that great Phone.

I’ve been noticing a weird issue on my OnePlus 15 and wanted to see if anyone else here is experiencing the same thing.

Whenever I jump on a video call on Instagram, the front camera adds this noticeable yellowish/warm tint to my face. It looks unnatural. The stock camera app seems fine, so it feels specifically tied to IG video calls.

I just got OP Pad 2 in stock clearance sale on their website, and i noticed that when in landscape mode, the top 2 speaker holes on both sides have significantly lesser sound coming out of it.

Do you see the same thing as well? Or is it a fault in my unit?

I have a OnePlus 12 and randomly it will pull me out of whatever I'm doing to this screen.

The proper device icon doesn't even load. Tapping the buds does nothing.

As the title says I am genuinely curious how much time people on avg are using op devices these days

For starters I have op 9r .

Had green line issues twice( got it replaced for free)

Had a charging port issue( device was not charging)

got that one for free since dirt was stuck in it?

Got it replaced for 300 inr since why not

Had massive battery draining issues after 3 yrs ( got battery replaced for 1500 including everything)

Had battery replaced again coz felt it was kinda giving me less SOT? (4 hrs now getting 7hr)

Overall genuinely happy with my purchase!

Would love to buy one plus again!
