What's life like in the blue areas of India, where the HDI is "Very High"?

What's life like in the Columbia - Jefferson City - New Florence Triangle for a 30-40 something?

I've only heard two things from Mongolia, desert. And then Throat Singers.

I want to know what legit average life is like for the citizens who live in Mongolia, how is school for them? Do they make friends the same way Western or European Civilization does?

I feel like I know nothing about this supposedly rich in History country. Thanks Mongolia!

Currently on holiday in Türkiye. Having spent a few days in Istanbul we’ve today moved to Goreme and just wondering what life is like in central Türkiye in general but particularly the Cappadocia area. The good, the bad and the ugly - tell me all!

Wisconsin folks, how's it living in Middleton and the surrounding western suburbs of Madison? How would you compare it to Madison proper? What are the pros and cons of living in a place like this instead of in Madison proper? Been strongly considering a move here and debating between a couple of the different towns in this area. Context: 30M with wife and kids. Biggest desires are walkability to errands and parks without feeling like we're living in a densely urban environment, good schools, outdoor activities to do everyday, and access to a high quality hospital system (which I believe Madison has).

I have a friend of mine who has visited a few times because she has family ties there. Before they moved, her family was one of two on the island, and the only one to have shoes at the time, making them island royalty in her words.

My coworker lives here and just spoke on it at length, but he sounded kind of like a boomer in that some of the things he complained about seem kind of nice. What’s it like down there?
