Discussion With the promise of launch day support for Valorant, Fortnite and other MMOs for RTX Spark, has anyone tested gaming and anti-cheat support on Windows on ARM with Snapdragon X/X2E?
RTX Spark launches today.
Both MS and Nvidia have promised to support most of the popular games on launch day, except Call of Duty which will be supported in 2027.
Has anyone tested these on X1 or X2 Elite systems?
Is it just anti-cheat support or do they support ARM natively?
Considering these WoA devices are the best price to performance ratio on laptop market right now.

Review David Huang's published SPEC2026 (int, fp) scores for the Apple M6 (P-core, M-core)
- SPECrate: all the usual SPEC caveats apply. Note which scores used which ISAs & how they were tested.
- I'm using "P" vs "M" nomenclature (as Apple does internally). But if you use Apple's marketing, M5 / M6 "S" cores are called P-cores below.
- Peak claimed clock speeds, not measured, so Pts / GHz is directionally accurate, not literally accurate.
For once, it is believed the A-series (A20 Pro) and M-series (M6) do not use virtually the same microarchitecture.
But otherwise, the M6 P-core is a ridiculously fast desktop CPU core, far faster than anything currently released on desktop. In short, nobody has caught up even to the Apple M5 and Apple's M6 said, "And I'll fuckin' do it again."
The last point: these are virtually the fastest desktop SKUs of the other vendors that are pretty rare. Most people do not get the top-end SKU. Apple M6 puts its best desktop 1T perf in the "everyday" SKU.
SPEC2026 - integer

News Jury finds Arm breached license agreement with Qualcomm
streetinsider.com"A jury found that Arm breached its Architectural License Agreement (ALA) with Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM), failed to honor its commitments, and intentionally acted to disrupt Qualcomm's businesses, according to a statement from Qualcomm.
The verdict, dated Oct. 13, 2026, follows what Qualcomm described as a prior court victory against Arm. The company said the outcome adds to an existing legal dispute between the two semiconductor firms.
Qualcomm did not disclose the specific damages, if any, awarded by the jury in connection with the verdict."
Qualcomm Statement on Trial Verdict Win | Qualcomm:
"We are gratified that the jury found Arm breached its long-standing Architectural License Agreement (ALA) with Qualcomm, failed to honor its commitments, and intentionally acted to disrupt Qualcomm's businesses. Together with Qualcomm's prior court victory, this outcome further exposes Arm’s broader intentions to harm Qualcomm and its ecosystem. This outcome is a victory for innovation and competition, and we remain focused on developing and delivering industry-leading semiconductor products including our Oryon CPUs to customers and consumers worldwide.
