Hachiya Persimmon mixed with yellow dragonfruit.
This is absolutely delicious together. Hachiya persimmon are very sweet and have a rich honey like flavor almost with hints of vanilla. Yellow dragon fruit is mildly sweet with a hint of melon flavor. The dragon fruit adds much needed texture to the persimmon because persimmons are mostly just mushy like jello, and the sweetness of the persimmon supplements the mild flavor of the dragon fruit.
Honestly goes so well together but yellow dragon fruit is too expensive to consistently buy 😭

Last winter, I ate a Pomelo for the first time in my life. It seems to be described as in between an orange and a grapefruit, yet mine was just very bitter and i couldn't eat it from how bad it tasted. It appeared and smelled completely normal, and I didn't get sick or anything, so I highly doubt it was spoiled. Are Pomelos bitter when underripe? Did i not eat it correctly? (I didn't eat the peel obviously but there are the inner layers too). Because if all Pomelos tasted like this, I'm sure they would have absolutely zero market.

EDIT:
Turns out these bananas just need to be eaten super ripe with brown spots on them, no need to cook them at all! A couple days after I posted this they are now delicious. So weird because I’ve eaten other banana varieties while underripe and they didn’t taste horrible like these did!
I bought these bananas in Indonesia and even the yellow ones taste terrible, and leave the most unpleasant dry feeling in the mouth. I’ve never had a banana like this before! Are they supposed to be cooked or prepared somehow before eating?

Just moved into a house with a citrus tree! General poll with the family has been grape fruit. Some have ripened and are pretty small? Doesn’t smell sweet, i haven’t tried the juice yet but love some opinions!

I've got some longans is my fridge that I couldn't eat at time and some are getting a little shriveled. I ate one that was slightly smaller than usual but it smelled and tasted the same. The texture was maybe slightly more jello like? But not too different. Can I eat the slightly shriveled/soft shelled longans?
I eat some fruits past their prime too and I wanted to make sure it was okay with longans too
