Saw a ram driving around with this plate that I’ve never seen before. Based on my research it’s not a state issued plate and is more likely a fake or “self issued” plate associated with the sovereign citizen stuff. Is it legal? Any info?

Our Sago Palm is about to burst!
I think I will grab some seeds soon and plant more of this lovely palm. All 4 that we have came with the house (14 years ago!) Are they easy to grow from seeds??

I lived in Dunedin for over 5 years, I miss it badly. My drives to Sarasota were legendary, looking at the sparkling gulf on a sunny autumn or spring day, it was so fun. I miss it all, as soon as I make enough money I am going to go back! Who else loves Florida besides the job market issues?

It was nice and cool out and no clouds. It wasn't as elaborate as the space jellyfish last week, but a gorgeous launch nonetheless. I wonder what the smaller spark/explosion trailing just behind the rocket was.

No “jellyfish” this time. Still a cool thing to see in the morning.

Care to guess the plant with those seeds whose seed pods look like something from an Alien movie??
Hint: Highly toxic!!

Though it’s unlikely drivers will be able to fly on public roads until there are laws in place, the governor wrote that the Roadster “could be used to leapfrog golf carts in the Villages.”

The Republican candidate vying to replace Gov. Ron DeSantis told a group of Miami businesses last spring that Florida was “wide open” for development. “We have actual land in our state that is still pristine, available to use,” he said at the time. Amid growing evidence of the unpopularity of data centers among voters, he nonetheless dug in, bashing other candidates, like David Jolly, now the Democratic nominee, who had proposed moratoriums.
“There ain’t no bans coming,” Donalds said at a campaign event in August. “But it sounds good on TV. Or it sounds good on social media.”

I recently moved counties and ordered a new license to reflect that. Just now, I updated my address on my voter registration (but was already registered to vote). Will this affect my ability to vote?

For the most part I understand that most waterways are considered navigable and therefore open to the public to fish/boat in even if the water touches the land of local property owners. And typically in these situations, a person's property boundary ends where the water begins. I get that. But what if my property boundary includes an inlet with a very narrow (3') opening without any other means to access it?
Is this still considered navigable water?
I want to know if I can post signs that say "private Property" at the tiny little entrance to my bayou since my property boundary does include this inlet.
(See pic). I want to do this because some jerk snuck into my inlet a few nights ago in the middle of the night and stole my canoe.
