Im seeking tips and general opinion on my diet, whatever you guys ask ill answer and yeah :)
So my first meal is my breakfast ofc i eat it around 12:00 am after that its my pre workout which is the two bananas(250g) and i usually train at 15:30/16:00 (its different every day but usually its around that time). After the workout i eat the lunch at around 18:00. And my last meal is the dinner which i eat around or after 21:00( the “qdki mix” is combined nuts of pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts). So yeah thats my full day of eating! :)

Hi everyone,
I 24F have been training since I was 18yrs old. I started at 240lbs, went to 140, and during show prep I dropped to 120 last year. Placed 5th in the wellness open but I did get feedback to fill in my stomach more.
I am sitting at 127-130lbs, at about 17/18% body fat. YES! I’m aware this is unhealthy, but I’m a signed athletic model and this helps me keep booking work.
Anyways, despite doing 40lb V sit ups, nearly maxing out crunch machines, etc. I still have no abs. I definitely have muscle and an ab line, but the issue is I genetically carry a large rib cage/flare. Despite working on deep core, I haven’t noticed a difference in my flare.
I’ve corrected my posture issues through targeting those muscles in dedicated isolation movements and stretching. So I don’t get WHATS up.
Any advice for building abs with a strong rib flare and large ribs?

In my early 30s and looking to start taking creatine now.
I've been lifting for a few years and have a lean physique.
How much benefit will creatine give in terms of strength, endurance, etc?
How much stronger will I be?
Will I look bigger?
Will I look more vascular and leaner?
Will my bench, Squat and deadlift improve?
Will it help me mentally push more and go till failure on machine exercises?
And will it cause hairloss?

The hammer curl bar is a great variation from dumbbells to really hit the bicep/brachialis muscle

Hi! I was just wondering if any girls had experience trying to get to a low bf percentage/shredded and if so, did you actually love your body?
I know to each their own, but I want to know if this whole “getting shredded” journey is truly worth it. I love getting muscles but I want to be able to see my veins as well but I don’t know if cutting will be worth the end result.
