How does an enlightened being deal with shame?

I often struggle with feeling embarrassment over things that have happened in the past. What is the best way to process these emotions? How do I address the shame so that I can move forward and look back without cringing.
I’ve noticed a pattern. Past memory comes up, embarrassment felt heavily in my body, DISTRACT! I’ll often physically shake my head to clear, make a face, force myself down into a different thought. How do you guys deal with this emotion?

Open Question Why am I Waking Up Now?

I feel like something unimaginably big is coming. I stopped paying attention to the news, for the most part, and social media almost entirely. So I'm not reeling from the headlines or day to day noise but I can still feel it in my essence that we are headed towards something monumental. And I am in the process of awakening, slowly but surely. At first, I felt the world getting weird and me waking up were coincidental and not related. Now I'm pretty sure that's not the case. Any insights on any of this would be appreciated.

Personal Experience Heaven is inside you

Heaven. The one you are hoping to earn your way into, that far away place???It’s inside you right now, all of you.

It’s 5D consciousness (your ancient divine soul) as was always our natural physics. You are literally not even alive yet in 3D. That is the whole false kingdom earth you are in. All you have to do is turn your attention inward and all the info and codes are crystallized in your DNA from the tons of incarnations you’ve had before in this quantum matrix. I am not special I simply spontaneously had a Spiritual Awakening and am now 5D and am in permanent “Heaven” “ Kingdom of God” and have superpowers that, for all of us, are a birth right. You have been oppressed with useless information since birth, intentionally, by Archons aka FALSE KINGDOMS, to crush your imagination which is the key to controlling this quantum matrix you’re in. When they chose to add calcium phosphate to the water supply back when humans naturally started evolving into their 5D biology/physics it screwed humankind. That, combined with Pope Gregory the great who won by one vote choosing to call 15 critical texts heretical, including the Gospel of Mary- the Apostle to the Apostles, chosen by Jesus which was the roadmap for humanity. That man buried then in the dirt to rewrite the story for power, corruption, and control. Knowing of the Nag Hammadi texts and continuing to choose false kingdoms by attending your churches is choosing the mark of the beast. This is no one’s fault, lucky for us “hell” is right here now-3D earth. We are survivors, this is NOT what was intended for humanity. We are ascending to 5D consciousness right now as a planet. The 144000 are here awakening left and right as was the plan to help humanity transition during these times. Pillars of light elevating the vibration of this planet so people wake up and remember who they are. Divine powerful ancient beings of love and light. One interconnected web of consciousness. Heaven is an internal state and it’s a birth right. Period. Do not come for me sir. I am. ✨ I love you all deeply.🙏

Discussion The point of life on earth is to grow and evolve your soul, but what's the point of that altogether? Is growing our soul really worth the pain and despair experienced here

Becoming "awakened" during high school is has felt terrible so far. I have no choice but to confine to the system and it's killing me everyday. I know that we create our own reality, but I barley have time to do things like meditate and my passions because of how time consuming it is. And it's even worse knowing that everything we learn is just to program and drain us yet I have to dedicate my entire day to it

Exclusive offer just for you!!

Right here, right now, I've got a infinitely occuring offer, just for you! We've been trying to reach you for quite some time, we are delighted you took the time to stop with us here! In fact, we'd used all the tricks in the book to get your attention but nothing worked, we had to start getting very creative! You are a very busy person, you must have an awful lot going on, we totally understand!

With this in mind, do you suffer from suffering in general due to buying into and identifying with distinctions made by your mind? Do you ever find yourself imitating French accents in your head while pretending to be a pirate with a plentiful crew so that you can escape emotional happenings put in place by your own actions? Do you lack the refined skill of experiencing someone yelling at you, recognizing how it makes who you thought you were feel as you extracate your consciousness from mental models so that through explosive screaming all you hear is the way things are lawfully unfolding right in front of you? Well, I say with much delight: you bought into it!

Luckily, I have the cure-all for you! It's called: Forget all that stuff, just watch your breath!

Now this cure won't allow you to gain much of any thing. If enlightened states of mind are what you seek, the enlightenment business is the wrong game. However, if you are interested in losing things like an attached sense of self, being super scared and angry all the time, thinking you know what's going on, and more then please! I invite you here and now to just sit. Watch your breath and keep going back to it. Over and over...

Discussion enlightenment is the final trap

the Demiurge hides in the psyche: not as a tyrant, but as self-importance, as the subtle need to be right, to be seen and chosen. You can meditate for years, fast, sing mantras or quote sacred scriptures; but if you continue to hold on to the image of being enlightened, you will circle the same illusion. The trap is not only known as ignorance. It can also occur as "spiritual bypassing", in which the ego clings to love and light while avoiding the shadow.

Life is an illusion

Forget life, that’s a grand illusion. Let’s take a look at simple things how your brain lies to you, deludes you, defrauds you, makes a complete fool out of you, without you even knowing/realizing. Don’t be so dumb and blind. :)

So, forget about entire life, let’s start with something small. Simple things. Take a look at this image.

1- in both pictures, the middle cube (shown as yellow & blue) in the Rubik’s cube are both the exact “same color”.

2- in the checkered board, both A and B are the very same exact color.

3- left and right image of a girl, both skin tones are the exact same color.

Peace! And love.

Article I Am God: What if Hindu mythology is a map of consciousness rather than just stories about external beings

I’ve been thinking about the connections between Hindu mythology, neuroscience, Kundalini, rituals, manifestation, and collective consciousness. The more I explore these ideas, the more I wonder whether spirituality can help us understand not just a divine power beyond ourselves, but also our own minds and our place in existence.

What if the gods and demons in Hindu mythology can also be understood as representations of the different forces within us?

Shiva might represent transformation and detachment, Vishnu preservation and balance, Durga courage, and Ganesha wisdom and discernment. Ravana is an interesting example because he was learned and powerful, yet his knowledge did not prevent his downfall.

Perhaps his story reminds us that intelligence without self-control can become destructive. These are psychological interpretations of familiar stories, not necessarily their original or only meanings.
Maybe the battles between Devas and Asuras can also be understood as conflicts within the human mind. We all experience desire, fear, anger, compassion, ambition, discipline, and reason. Sometimes these forces work together, and sometimes they pull us in opposite directions.

Perhaps the real challenge is not to eliminate certain parts of ourselves, but to understand them and stop any one impulse from controlling us completely.
This idea reminds me of Advaita Vedanta, which teaches that Atman, the deepest self, is not ultimately separate from Brahman, the absolute reality. It raises a fascinating possibility: what if individual consciousness is not entirely independent, but connected to something more fundamental? This does not mean that our everyday ego, with all its desires and insecurities, is God. Rather, it invites us to question whether our ordinary sense of identity captures the full nature of who we are.

I also wonder whether spiritual awakening can be understood as a process of bringing our inner world into greater harmony. The brain contains interconnected systems involved in emotion, memory, motivation, and attention. The limbic system and paralimbic regions contribute to these functions as part of a much larger network. Thinking about this makes me curious whether Kundalini practices, meditation, and spiritual discipline can help us become less controlled by habitual thoughts and impulses, allowing different aspects of our inner lives to work together more coherently.

Mantras and bhajans make me think along similar lines. Repetition, rhythm, sound, breathing, attention, and devotion can draw the mind into a particular state. It is almost like tuning different instruments in an orchestra until they begin to work together. Chanting and contemplative practices can influence attention and emotional regulation, but the idea that particular sound frequencies correspond to specific deities or invisible energies remains unproven scientifically. Still, the experience of feeling calmer, more focused, or more connected through these practices is worth exploring.
This also changes how I think about rituals. Lighting a diya, performing aarti, chanting mantras, and gathering for worship can create moments of reflection, connection, and emotional grounding. Alongside their religious and cultural significance, these practices can shape how we direct our attention and experience our emotions.

I sometimes wonder whether we become so focused on asking God for money, success, protection, or other material rewards that we overlook what these practices might help us discover within ourselves. Could prayer and ritual also be opportunities to reflect, develop discipline, find peace, and change how we respond to life?

At the same time, I don’t want to romanticise the past or assume that rituals were originally designed only for psychological well-being. Early Vedic rituals often involved offerings to deities, requests for desired outcomes, and beliefs about ritual efficacy. Indian traditions later developed a wide range of approaches to ritual, meditation, knowledge, devotion, and liberation. These different purposes can coexist. A ritual can be an act of religious devotion and also have psychological and social effects.

Manifestation offers a simple example of how our minds shape our experience. If I decide to look for blue cars, I may suddenly start noticing them everywhere. The cars were already on the road, but my attention has changed. Something similar happens when we focus on a goal. We may notice opportunities we previously ignored, make different decisions, and act more consistently. Intention can influence our lives through attention and behaviour, even without assuming that thoughts magically rearrange external reality.

Then there is the idea of collective consciousness. We often think of ourselves as separate individuals, each living inside a private world. But biologically and socially, we are deeply interconnected. Our bodies contain complex microbial communities, our survival depends on ecosystems, and our beliefs, language, identities, and emotions are shaped by other people. We influence one another constantly, often without realising it.

Could this interconnectedness point towards something deeper? Could individual minds be different expressions of a universal consciousness, each experiencing existence from a different perspective? I find the possibility intriguing, although biological and social interconnectedness alone does not establish that all minds share one consciousness. That remains a philosophical and spiritual question.

Perhaps this also helps explain why stories about saints and mahatmas are so compelling. Through sustained discipline, meditation, devotion, or self-inquiry, some people describe becoming less reactive and less attached to their ordinary sense of identity. Some report experiences in which the boundary between themselves and the world seems to dissolve. I wonder whether these experiences reflect a profound integration of the self, a glimpse of a deeper reality, or some combination of interpretations we do not yet fully understand. The experiences themselves deserve attention, even if they do not prove that universal consciousness exists.

Another important part of this exploration is how we interpret ancient texts. The Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, and later yogic traditions emerged in different historical contexts and have distinct histories of composition, transmission, and interpretation. Vedic oral traditions preserved canonical wording with remarkable care. It would be inaccurate to assume that these texts were simply rewritten freely over time. At the same time, preserving words does not mean that interpretations never changed or that every later explanation reflects the earliest understanding.

The historical controversy over the supposed canals on Mars is a useful reminder of how easily expectations can influence interpretation. Some astronomers interpreted faint markings on the planet as artificial canals. Later observations did not support that conclusion. The observers were not necessarily inventing what they saw; they were interpreting ambiguous evidence through the ideas available to them.

We can make a similar mistake when reading ancient texts. If we already believe that Hindu mythology contains modern neuroscience, we may start finding brain science in every god, demon, or ritual. But the opposite mistake is possible too: dismissing every psychological insight simply because it comes from a religious tradition.

I think we need to separate four things: what a text actually says, how later traditions interpreted it, what we infer from it today, and what science can independently demonstrate. A modern interpretation can be meaningful without proving that an ancient author intended it. Equally, an ancient text can offer valuable reflections on human experience without using the terminology of modern science.
When I bring all these ideas together, a possible pattern emerges. Mythology can offer symbolic ways of thinking about our inner conflicts. Rituals can organise attention and strengthen social bonds.

Mantras and meditation can shape our mental experience. Spiritual discipline may change our relationship with habitual thoughts and our sense of identity. And our interconnectedness raises deeper questions about the nature of consciousness itself.
The idea that all consciousness is literally one universal reality is not scientifically established. But I don’t think that means the philosophical question is meaningless. It simply means we should remain honest about the difference between an interesting possibility and a demonstrated fact.

Perhaps spiritual practice is not only about asking something outside ourselves to change our lives. Perhaps it is also about becoming more aware of what happens within us. Maybe defeating our inner demons means learning not to be controlled by them. Maybe balance comes from understanding our impulses rather than blindly obeying or suppressing them.

And perhaps the divine can be understood in more than one way: as a being worshipped through devotion, and, in some philosophical traditions, as the deepest reality underlying both the self and the universe.

That is what the phrase **“I am God”** makes me think about. Not that my ego is supreme, that I am all-powerful, or that I stand above anyone else. Instead, it raises a more difficult question: could the deepest nature of the self be inseparable from a greater reality?

Maybe we are separate beings searching for the divine. Or perhaps we are expressions of something deeper, temporarily experiencing ourselves as separate individuals.

I don’t claim to know the answer. I am exploring an idea that sits somewhere between spirituality, philosophy, and our growing understanding of the human mind. I want to examine the connections without forcing every piece of evidence to fit my theory, but also without dismissing a possibility simply because it challenges the boundaries we have drawn between these fields.

Personal Experience The Space Between

An invitation disguised as a joke

If I was me,

I'd tolerate myself;

at best.

A semicolon.

A punchline.

A door left open

just wide enough

for curiosity to enter.

And you laughed.

Or wondered.

Or judged.

Or stayed.

And somewhere in the space

between my words

and your willingness to hear them,

something happened

that neither of us

could have made alone.

I had offered you a verdict.

You arrived with a question.

I told you who I thought I was.

You began to discover

who you were willing

to believe I might be.

And there it was—

the quiet contradiction:

I had called myself

barely tolerable,

yet here you were,

spending your precious life

trying to understand me.

Not because I demanded it.

Not because you owed it.

Because something in you

said yes.

And perhaps that is where

every life-changing truth begins—

not with an answer

imposed upon the world,

but with a question

that leaves the world

free to answer.

I am an echo

in an infinite canyon,

a ripple

on an endless pond.

But I am also

the space and time

between them—

the distance in which

a sound becomes a return,

a touch becomes a thousand circles,

and one person's words

become another person's thought.

I am not the whole of it.

Neither are you.

But somewhere between us,

something neither of us owns

becomes something

both of us can know.

Perhaps this is what it means

to be human:

Not to stand alone

and declare what we are,

but to meet another life

and discover what becomes possible

when we are willing

to look.

So here is my confession:

I am a real human being.

These are real words.

I cannot make you understand me.

I cannot make you love me.

I cannot make you stay.

I can only open the door

and offer you the choice.

And you—

you are free to leave.

But if you stay,

if you question,

if you listen long enough

to find something of yourself

inside the life of a stranger—

then tell me:

Who, exactly,

has changed whom?

Perhaps we have misunderstood

the nature of the miracle.

Perhaps life was never merely

what one person said

and another person heard.

Perhaps life is what happens

between them.

And perhaps the world

does not change

when we finally agree

on what is true.

Perhaps it changes

when we become willing

to discover the truth

together.

I began by asking

whether I could tolerate myself.

I leave you with something

far more difficult:

**What might become possible

if we stopped asking

whether another life

is worth tolerating—

and started asking

what we might discover

if we were willing

to know it?**

The door is open.

The choice is yours.

Yes or No.

On those two small words

rests the beginning

of everything

we might yet become.

One Light Through Many Lamps

There is one Reality.
Not a belief. Not a doctrine.
The ground of awareness itself...the light by which everything is known.

Across centuries and continents, the greatest spiritual masters of every tradition pointed toward it. They used different words, different symbols, different paths. But from the highest perspective, they were looking at the same sky.

In the Hermetic teachings a teacher once said...
“Unless you make yourself like God, you cannot know God, for like is known only by like.”
Leap clear of the body. Grow until you are as large as everything that is. Be in the sea, on the land, and in the sky at the same moment. Be unborn, then in the womb, then young, then old, then dead, and hold all of it in a single thought.

The mind grows free in the same measure as it grows large. Wanting is the chain that keeps it small.

The same recognition appears again and again...

In Advaita Vedanta they say: You are not the body, not the mind, not the personality. You are pure Awareness...and that Awareness is the Absolute itself. “That thou art.”

In Zen: Mind itself is Buddha. When the clouds of grasping clear, the sky that was always there is simply seen.

In Taoism: Return to the root, the uncarved block, the nameless source from which the ten thousand things arise.

In Sufism: The limited self is annihilated so that only the Real remains. One mystic cried “I am the Truth”...not as the ego claiming divinity, but as the ego disappearing into it.

In Christian mysticism, Meister Eckhart said: “The eye with which I see God is the same eye with which God sees me. My eye and God’s eye are one eye, one seeing, one knowing, and one love.”

Different languages. Same recognition.

Every mature tradition, at its summit, describes a contraction...the sense of being a separate, wanting, body-bound self. And every tradition describes a movement beyond that contraction: expansion, emptying, surrender, direct seeing, radical love.

The limited self is not destroyed. It is simply no longer taken as the whole of what we are. When the mind becomes large enough, empty enough, still enough, it recognizes the ground that was never absent.

Like is known only by like.
Only what has become vast can know the Vast.

No tradition owns the Absolute.
Every mature path, when it reaches its own summit, discovers that the Absolute was never the possession of the path.

The highest truth is not a doctrine to be believed. It is a capacity of the mind and heart to expand beyond the contracted identity that suffers, competes, and fears.

When this expansion occurs, the same freedom appears...
the mind is no longer ruled by what it wants,
the heart is no longer limited to what it can possess,
and life is lived from the larger field rather than from the small self.

You do not need to abandon the path you walk.
You only need to notice where it is pointing.

The same light shines through every lamp.
The same sky is seen through every window.

Discussion Tell the Screenwriter to dail it Down.

The universe ✨️ is like a movie projection being played in real-time .

Sometimes the universe/God/the creators hides messages in plain sight that let us know that our life stories have already been prophesied in a comical/satire way. For example, who could have imagine that a politician name Anthony WEINER will reach the peak of his political career, and get in involved in scandal for sending pictures of his WEINER/private part to a minor. This is enough to make one scream, "come on, Creator! You're not even being subtle anymore."

Another example: On October 17, 2026, Father Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari was celebrating Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Guayaquil, Ecuador, when a large crucifix/cross behind the altar detached and struck him; he died from the injuries. The Archdiocese confirmed his death, and the cause of the crucifix's detachment is being investigated. Shortly beforehand, he had been speaking about mortality, the limited time we have, and using that time for God and the people we love.

At this point, the universe isn’t foreshadowing, it’s using a highlighter. Sometimes reality has the writing style of a screenwriter who refuses to edit. Somewhere, the cosmic writers’ room is being told: ‘Guys, dial it back a little. Whoever is holding the pen to reality needs to chill.

This post is for folks who look at reality with a satire lens and envision our creator/God as humorous spectator who places bet on our foolish decisions. Maybe God upstairs with cognac saying:

“Twenty bucks says this fool does it again.”

This post is for individuals who have always questioned their reality and thoughts maybe am I here simply for the amusement of some higher intelligent being....am I in a satire comedy/is my life story/reality a satire comedy show for some higher intelligent beings.

In essence, I am really saying don't take life too seriously. This is all for show. Live, love and laugh. Live in the moment.

Soul Contracts: Karmic, Dharmic, Recognition & Resolution

Have you ever had that type of connection with someone that feels as though it was incredibly significant, like there was a Divine purpose behind it? The first time you met, there was a ‘charge’ of energy between you, that was clearly recognizable and deep? Do you feel that this connection with this person helped you to grow as a soul, find a new direction in life, heal some old wounds, or even triggered you in a way that no one else in your life has? Chances are, just by the sheer fact you’re here reading about this, you have probably experienced a soul-level connection and may have some soul contracts at play in your current life.

Soul contracts are agreements we make with other souls before incarnation in order to help us fulfill our present-life’s intent. They come in a variety of circumstances, but mainly the intention of creating soul contracts are: to help us grow individually as a soul; to resolve karma; or to assist in another’s dharma. Soul contracts are typically created with souls with whom we have shared other lifetimes with, those that are in what we know as our “soul group” or “soul family”. Think of it like your homeroom in grade school – these souls are the ones you learn with as you evolve your individual souls through incarnations of different lifetimes. They know you the best, they are aware of where you need to learn and grow as a soul, and you offer the same for them. The purpose of having soul contracts is that we have accountability to each other when we incarnate into a lifetime to carry out and complete our pre-birth intentions – these intentions help us to graduate through the higher levels of consciousness.

For the purpose of this blog, I’ll focus on two main types of soul contracts: karmic vs. dharmic contracts. Karma = the balancing and resolving soul missteps (abandonment, betrayal, harm, trauma, etc.) that we as souls make along our path of evolution. Karma is usually accrued ‘accidentally’, meaning that we were never destined to make these missteps but rather they offered an opportunity to evolve. They were simply choices a soul made that were out of alignment with their highest integrity, resulting in life lessons or karma. Karma always needs to be balanced and resolved, whether it was created from past lifetimes on Earth or other planets. This is known as the Law of Karma, and it is a Universal Law – one that cannot be bent or broken. We evolve our soul’s consciousness through life lessons and challenges that push us to acquire virtues and elevate our soul frequency.

When it comes to karmic contracts with relationships, often one’s first ‘true love’ or first meaningful relationships are for clearing karma. These soulmate connections are often triggering, unpredictable, challenging & deeply felt, typically with lots of drama. These souls come into our lives to show us our fracture points, the places where we do not feel ‘whole’, and activate us to heal them. Sometimes these karmic contracts have a lot of layers to release and resolve, and can take even decades to complete, depending on the extensiveness of the connection throughout lifetimes. Depending on your pre-birth intentions for your life, you may want to clear most of your karma early in your life so you can get to your dharma, but many souls who are still younger in their evolution incarnate primarily to resolve karma and learn as a soul. It is mostly more evolved souls who move on to live dharmic lives using their increased knowledge and developed gifts, and they typically have little karma left to clear.

Dharmic contracts are, in essence, more pleasant. Dharma is thought to be any lesson or blessing that is above and beyond this present lifetime’s intended soul lessons and karma. One’s dharma is seen as their gift to the world. It is less focused on individual soul growth and more directed towards elevating the frequency of the planet as a whole – though it does wonders to increase the soul’s potential and consciousness. When it comes to dharmic contracts, they are ‘looser’ meaning it’s more of an agreement or invitation than a bound-contract that will be resolved one way or another, in one lifetime or another. In soulmate/intimate relationships, these connections are of a very high vibration and what I call “Divine Life Partners”. If you are graduated enough to be at the calibre of incarnating with your Divine Life Partner, this also means that your present lifetime is less focused on karma clearing (as your soul is likely much more evolved), or you’ve already passed the tests and cleared out old karmic contracts in this lifetime. This is often the person you end up with after several karmic relationships. These types of soulmates arrive in your life to assist you with carrying out your dharma. By nature, these connections are typically more easeful, yet still very much encourage growth & soul evolution through occasional and necessary challenges.

To recognize with whom you may share a dharmic contract with, the very first indication is that you feel them to be a soul-family member, meaning they are a soul with whom you have shared many lifetimes together and they originate from the same Universal place you do as a soul (I don’t mean Earthly geographic location but rather planetary location). You’ll feel a soul connection that is recognizable and fairly uncomplicated, yet they still encourage your growth and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. This does not have to mean you have an intimate relationship with them, either. They can be close friends, family members, intimate partners, mentors, bosses, coaches, or anyone with whom you share a kinship with on a soul-level. Dharmic soul contract relationships always show up in Divine Timing and alignment with important, often pivotal, times in your life. They show up at these critical junctures with special tools, resources, advice, or guidance that is extremely helpful for your success. My father has always offered the phrase, “A reason, a season or a lifetime – everyone comes into your life for a reason, some may only last a season, but their influence can last a lifetime.” For dharmic soul contracts, there isn’t really an “end”. Even if you lose touch, their positive influence on your life remains constant, because they helped to direct you towards your soul’s highest learning and desires, encouraged you to offer your gifts to the world, and are endlessly supportive of your goals even when they are discarnate and offering a supportive role from the spirit realm instead of on Earth.

By this point you may have a few different people in mind that fit both of these categories. Let’s break down how to know when a karmic contract is complete, or if there is still more karma to clear.

To know that a karmic contract is complete, the first awareness is about how you feel about the connection. Simply, on a soul level you feel honestly and authentically complete. You don’t have a feeling that there is anything left to do, no stone left unturned. You’re left with a pure feeling of resolution. Maybe this resolution came from within you and your own spiritual work, or maybe there was an opportunity that actually signed off on this contract and you both moved on respectively. When you think of this other person, you truly desire good things for them and wish them well; you are not clouded by any feelings of resentment, rejection, or regret and instead feel acceptance and understanding of lessons they offered to you in your life. That’s not to say that you can’t still have curiosity about them & their whereabouts, but it doesn’t cross the line into obsessiveness; rather, it feels like a light curiosity versus a dire “need to know”. You may desire to have contact or may have absolutely none at all, but either way, it is rooted in a foundational feeling of true acceptance for whatever happened, not looking to get anything else out of the connection. You’ll feel this way because you have full confidence that you have completely spoken your Truth and allowed yourself to be fully seen in your emotions and perspectives; you feel seen, heard, understood and received. That way, if there is communication, it is typically easy, light, compassionate, and transparent.

There are many ways to identify if there is still more karma left to clear and resolve in terms of this karmic contract. Straightforwardly, you lack a feeling of resolve; you play out conversations in your head or fantasize about communicating with them in some way, or even come up with excuses why you want to engage them and sometimes even actively do. You’ll find that it is hard to move on to other relationships or just forward in life in general, due to intense triggers of irrational fears from residual energy of that past relationship (fear of betrayal, fear of loss, fear of abandonment, fear of failure, or having negative behaviors such as hypervigilance, control, lying, shutting down, etc.). Because the energy is unresolved, you think about them often, have dreams about them, check their social media/keep up with what they’re doing even if there isn’t contact. You probably even feel triggered when you think of the situation or hear recent news about them. Uncontrollable feelings of jealousy, anger, grief, loss, anxiety or depression arise quickly when these triggers appear. These emotions are telling you that you are withholding your Truth in some way – like you are keeping a secret, and there’s an elephant in the room. It’s an uncomfortable and unsettled feeling. If you are in communication with them, it feels strained, awkward, uncomfortable or emotionally-charged on a consistent basis – you don’t truly feel seen, heard, or understood and though you keep trying and keep trying, you just don’t make any breakthroughs.

The most important piece to remember about karmic contracts is that they are solely dependent on the Law of Free Will. You cannot ever force someone to complete this contract, such as offer an apology when it is inauthentic or have justice when it is up to them to do the right thing. However, you can work the contract on your end to find release and resolve, so you can be free to move on with your life. Karmic contracts are binding – they will be complete at some point, whether that’s in this lifetime or the next. It’s not up to you to force the other parties’ hand, but rather to create a pathway for this resolution to happen for all. The first thing to do if you are looking to finally release an outdated karmic contract is to listen to your intuition and desire – what do you need to tell this person, or hear from them? Ask yourself, is it your own ego that needs this to move on or is it truly a piece of your soul evolution? Would a resolution of this situation offer growth for both of you as people, or is it really for yourself? Get clear with yourself and feel into what it would feel like to finally find a conclusion with this person/situation. Would you feel relieved, sad, joyful? A powerful tool for this inner line of questioning I offer my clients is to muscle-test themselves. Start with, “Is this contract complete?” If your answer is no, then follow up with questions such as, “I am forgiven by this person” or “I need to forgive this person in order to clear this karmic contract.” Begin inquiring within to see what action you can do, while aligned with your highest integrity, would resolve and release the karmic contract on your end. Your answers may surprise you.

If you come up against a wall of which you have no control over what the other person does and it turns into a waiting game for Divine Timing to finally happen, in the meantime you can engage in conscious practices such as cord-cutting ceremonies and align yourself with the frequency of resolution and acceptance by utilizing prayer, energy-healing, journaling, or any other self-care rituals. To reiterate, it ultimately comes down to Divine Timing when both of you are ready to uplevel and leave the past behind. That doesn’t mean you have to be stuck in their waiting room forever, though. However, it provides a great opportunity to take some time to get very clear with yourself about why you might be hanging around waiting for a resolution that is out of your control. Often we hang on to these situations because it requires a sense of grieving and letting go officially – if we aren’t ready, we will subconsciously find a way to drag it out until we eventually find that threshold. If you feel authentically ready to release the karmic contract on your end, the most surefire way to find peace with yourself and the situation is to have the courage to forgive. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful vibrations you can cultivate within yourself. By anchoring the vibration of forgiveness, it does not release the wrongdoings of karma, but rather resolves the energy to put it to rest and create a space for new things to emerge. It does not absolve the other of their mistakes, nor does it negate the emotional/mental/physical/spiritual trauma that it caused you, or even release them from their karma, but rather allows for the energy to flow once again and open you up to other possibilities, relationships, and opportunities for your highest benefit.

Personal Experience Cruel to peace back to cruel

Based on life's journey I was cruel half my life like angry, bad words, ego

After enlightenment only peace love

After some back to cruel peace love, all mix

At first it's like love is the highest power in the universe

Now it's like don't ignore hate, hate is also one of the most powerful in the universe explore it too

It's like be bad negative sad good peace love hate, anything it's all human experience don't put anything on top cause all are equal

Idk if I'm on the rite path but instinct feels the flow

The quote life is a reflection of you

Now mean like if anyone is scamming or hating you, scam and hate them. No peace no love

Like reciprocate the energy, vibe the vibe

Idk man, jesus said love your haters. But now I'm like hate the haters love the lovers vibe with life

Like if it's raining you stand outside to feel the sun, you hide in your house like vise

Zen is there anyone dearer to you than yourself? 🎐

Beloved, look closely. If you wander to the four corners of existence, searching through every alleyway of the mind, every galaxy of the spirit, you will stumble upon a breathtaking secret: there is no one in this entire cosmic dance dearer to you than your own divine self.

And then, the cosmic joke lands, sweet, gentle, and utterly undoing: everyone else is sitting in the exact same throne of their own sacred heart.

Every spirit you meet is hopelessly, deeply in love with their own being, carrying that same fragile, precious flame of "I Am."

We are all just it wearing different costumes, desperately longing to be cherished, safe, and held.

So how could you ever cause pain to another?

To hurt anyone else is simply reaching out and wounding your own hand.

When you truly love yourself, compassion isn't a rule you follow, it becomes as natural as breathing out after breathing in.

Be gentle with the world.. It is only you, walking yourself back home

🙏

Discussion 🧘 Weekly Thread – What are you seeing clearly this week?

Good day fellow travellers,

Each week offers new clarity (and confusion) on the path. Let's take a moment to reflect:

  • What insights arose this week?
  • What challenged you?
  • Where did you notice presence or resistance?

Your reflections, however small, can ripple out and resonate with others on this journey.

Feel free to share below. 🙏

Advaita Vedānta Nonduality begins in you.

This is one of the things that doesn't get talked about until the "advanced" stages with some of the more progressive texts and teachings. Progressive in that they overthrow former ideas and beliefs, like there is a separate Ego lurking somewhere.

Folks always talk about what they're doing about their Ego – how they're trying to understand it or integrate it or whatever the case may be. Well, who are you in relationship to this thing?

Are you the immovable, unchanging Awareness we fall back on in a pinch? Y'know, the Witness or Observer? What happens when you recognize witnessing is witnessable? You know the difference between witnessing or observing and engaging.

Knowing that difference means you're able to witness the witness.

The truth is that there is no separate Ego to contend with. Arrogance? Sure. Pride? Why not. But those are passing experiences. You're not arrogant when you're knocked out and drooling in dreamless sleep. You're... gone. The you you think you are anyway.

This isn't to suggest who you think you are isn't real or whatever either. That's another idea with wasted attention afforded to it. A passing thought is as real of an experience as flying in your dreams or flying in coach on your way to Florida.

Every experience is real. Every experience is passing. Every experience is unified.

There's no way to separate yourself from experience. The attempt to do so is witnessed from the same capacity to witness anything – Awareness. Nothing is separate from Awareness.

So before we stretch Nonduality to mean "We are all one" or whatever the case may be, find unity in yourself. Stop splitting yourself into categories like mind, body, spirit, soul, ego, Awareness and the void.

It's all You.
