Ever since my last post involving Dr. Doom facing-off the villains of the Disney Universe became popular, I decided to make a list of Doom's hit list of victims/new enemies:

So, I hope you'll like and understand what I've made, and sure hope this doesn't get any negative response from the moderators, because I've put a lot of effort with my mind. Not to mention making this in honor the future release of Avengers: Doomsday, because is the Year of Doom. As for the villains, they all belong to Disney and its associates.

As the title says, I believe the "big 3" of Disney animated television are each better than anything else Disney has created.

Gravity Falls is one of the best mystery series of all time and is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. It also has incredible voice acting and character development.

The Owl House is a milestone for queer representation in children's media and has some of the most well-animated sequences Western animation has to offer.

Amphibia is a masterclass in world-building and character development, and has incredible Thai representation. It has its fair share of Masterclass animation as well.

From a technical and story-writing standpoint, I don't believe anything else Disney has created reaches these heights. To be clear, I'm referring to Disney specifically and not all properties under the Disney conglomerate, so not Star Wars or Pixar, for example; which I do believe have works that debatably surpass these.

I found this safari hat at the thrift store it only has the Walt Disney World tag any others have been cut off. Has anyone seen this type of hat before I have been unable to find any exact ones online. The tag appears to be one from the late 90 to early 2000s can anyone confirm? I know the live action remakes are controversial but i like most of the live action movies. This is my analysis of the live action Cinderella.

First of all I thought Lily James was very good as Ella and Richard Madden was very good as Kit.

I liked how they showed us the beginning scenes of Ella as a child and her mother dying etc instead of just telling us. I think it helped us connect with Ella on an emotional level.

It's been a long time since i watched the animated movie but in the live action i think the stepsisters were jealous of Ella because of her beauty.

The scene where Ella and her father are talking and he mentions how much he missed his first wife, and that her mother is the heart of their estate and Lady Tremaine eavesdrops was a good addition imo. It shows us why she was resentful towards Ella, she was jealous that he didn't love her like he did Ella's mother and she took that jealous out on Ella.

Again when Ella, Lady Tremaine and the sisters get the news that her father died the messenger said his last thought were of Ella and her mother, we see Lady Tremaine became more resentful of Ella because her father didn't love her at least not the way he loved his first life

I like Ella and Kit meeting in the forest, it added a little more depth to their romance, the instant connection between them.

Kit's father's health issues and his death explained why he was pushing Kit to marry, he wanted to make sure the kingdom and Kit were secure before he died.

I like how the fairy godmother tested Ella before she helped her, she wanted to see her character, see if she was worthy.

The chemistry between Richard and Lily was definitely there during their dance at the ball and their time after.

It's been a long time since i watched the animated movie but i don't think Ella and prince Charming go for the walk together in the animated movie. That added more development to their romance.

Lady Tremaine became suspicious of Ella after they returned from the ball.

The king's death while sad was a good addition because it made Kit king.

Lady Tremaine figuring out Ella was the girl at the ball explains why she went looking for the glass slipper.

I think Ella should have agreed to the deal with Lady Tremaine and the once she married Kit she could have gotten rid of all three of them but i like that she finally stood up to Lady Tremaine. She tried to be kind to her like she'd been told to be but she was finally ed up with Lady Tremaine's cruelty.

I like how it was explained the glass slipper refused to fit any woman's foot except Ella's, it was made to fit only her foot. This explains why it wouldn't it anyone else.

I appreciate how they kept Ella's mice friends.

I love the twist at the end of Kit being with the men who were searching for Ella.

I thought the Grand Duke's scheme with Lady Tremaine was an interesting twist.

My favorite is how Jafar is defeated when Aladdin tricks him into wishing to become a genie, which binds him inside a lamp and strips away his free will and gets sucked into the lamp.

I've recently been able to track down and collect the 2005 Disney Store exclusive line of action figures called Disney Heroes (pics of the figures coming soon)! Does any one remember these? And actually, this franchise goes back to 1999. Around the release of Tarzan, Disney launched a line of toys and products under the name Disney Adventurers.

The line consisted of Hercules, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Tarzan and Captain Hook. It seems that it was intended to be the "boy equivalent" to the at the time brand new "Disney Princesses" franchise. Focusing on adventure, weapons, action figures. And I've seen beach towels, lunch boxes and some merchandise with this branding. The characters in Adventurers had no design update whatsoever. It was the characters as they appeared in their respective films.

Around 2003, Disney Adventurers was rebranded into Disney Heroes. Perhaps they thought the word Heroes was more appealing to young boys? There was a new line of Disney Store exclusive action figures, now with light up chests. Returning from Adventurers we had Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Hercules and Tarzan. Joining the line up were Prince Phillip and Shang. I always thought it was strange that Aladdin was absent. But the franchise was branching out into toys and playsets from European toy maker Famosa based on the Heroes' worlds including Robin Hood and The Sword in the Stone.

But I'm late 2004, perhaps the brand was doing well enough, or Disney thought it needed to do better? But they had animator Ruben Procopio design brand new action figures to be raised in 2005. And... wow. I remember seeing these on the Internet as a kid. I don't know how I found them, but I remember thinking it looked as if the Disney Heroes figures I saw as a toddler belonged in the original Zelda, and these new figures belonged in Twilight Princess. They were ahead of their time in my opinion. I'll let the concept art speak for itself.

Only 5 figures were produced for the Disney Store and released in the Summer of 2005. Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Hercules, Prince Phillip and Maleficent in her dragon form.

Procopio later revealed on his blog that he was drawing concept art for a second wave that was never produced. Beast, Aladdin and Tarzan were among the concept art he revealed. With lots of work being done with the Beast including a clay sculpt of what the final figure might have looked like.

I feel like some things like Disney Mirrorverse continued this idea of dark and edgy versions of Disney characters. But to see that they tried this out in 2005 is so crazy to me. And while I'm an adult now and can have the produced figures in my office, I feel nostalgic, happy and a bit melancholy knowing that the Beast and others should've shared the space on my shelf with the others.

Does anyone else remember or own any Disney Heroes? What would the 2nd and 3rd wave have looked like? What if this brand was as successful as Disney Princesses? And who would you liked to have seen get the Procopio Disney Heroes treatment?

Keeping on my "what if Disney heroes were villains?", this time I chose the easy way out by crossovering with Terminator.

why are old Disney Channel shows and old Disney movies so much better than they make them today? genuinely they keep making these reboots that are just not good but Coven Academy is the first show in a really long time where I’ve been actually interested in it and enjoyed it a lot. Why did it take so long for them to do this again?
