So i cleaned it, submerged it,squeezed excess waited a little sueezed as much excess as I could and now left with this airing out does this look okay ? Thanks

I have bought an 08 YZ450F on Marketplace as a non-runner. The owner said it was a stretched timing chain, and it had been sitting for 5 years in a container. I’ve redone the timing and valve clearances. There is spark, and the float bowl is filling up. The jets are clean, and I’ve done my best with the carby. Compression feels good, but I can’t test it due to the automatic decompressor, and I can’t do a leak-down test yet because I don’t own an air compressor. I’ve had one very loud backfire and one fire where there was mist coming out of the carb, but still no luck running it. The fuel screw seems to be missing the O-ring and washer, and after kicking it 10 times, the plug comes out dry. I’m pretty stuck. I’ve done all the likely things multiple times and no result.

Been trying to find a place online that has the airoh ace 2 cheek pads in medium and will ship to the US but having no luck. Anyone know where you can get them? Don't really wanna buy a new helmet just for cheek pads.

Just bought this kx250f bike 2nd hand. Is this normal sound or something is wrong. Ive read about the kx engine being loud. But im just not sure if this is normal.

Looking to add a 24 kx250 to my garage. Already have a klx230r great bike. Got offered a good deal for a 24 kx250. Main reason I’m a little hesitant is that the bike is around 90 hours and has never had any top end work or valves checked. Seller says it runs great and shows no signs of needing a rebuild. My question is how many people have over a 100 hours or preferably more and never had any issues? Says oil changed regularly and air filter cleaned after every ride. Anything you’d recommend checking? Mainly want it because of the added power vs my klx230r. Going to keep that one still but would like another bike for the fleet. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated!

I upgraded power from a 2020 WR250R. Now o have this yz450F.

What’s the normal temperature range that reads on my radiator?

Also, is it normal for radiator fluid to come out of this hose?

How does it sound? Just fully rebuild the engine the with hot rods crank and oem piston. I took the bottom end to a shop but they messed it up a few times trying to see if there’s anything I’m missing. Only problem is my clutch isn’t disengaging (I think it’s because the clutch springs aren’t tight enough) and it turns off if you give little throttle but if you give big lumps it’s doesn’t turn off.

All of my friends cheaped out on helmets and they had the same issue. I thought the nicer helmet would prevent that but after I bought the helmet I realized the extra cost was in weight, safety and comfort not the trim glue lol.
I am just wondering if anyone has a fix for this, I tried crazy glue, didn’t work even after roughing up both surfaces. I used double sided tape and it worked until I rode behind someone in the sand.

04 yz125 piston is this wear normal has like 15 hours on it. Run 32:1 320 jets. How soon would I need a rebuild? How is this damage caused and how can I prevent it
