Hey all! I found this super cute bonnet but cannot justify spending so much on it. I thought it would be a cool idea to challenge myself and try to make it on my own. However I am having a bit of a hard time finding a pattern somewhat similar to it. Thank you for your help in advance!!

I’m looking for a bulldog pattern that looks like this but not AI. I searched on Ravelry and only found one that looked similar but had no reviews (or had reviews from before pattern was published.)

I’m wanting to make a sweater for a dog who lost one of her front legs, but I’m nervous about buying patterns atm because I’m a beginner and I don’t really know how to tell if they’re AI or not before I buy them? Does anyone have a tripod dog sweater pattern they trust?

Has anyone rewritten or found a rewritten version of the instructions. The formatting makes it so hard to follow, they don't indicate that a slip stitch is needed after each round although that's pretty standard, and some users have indicated the stitch count is off between some rounds. I'm an advanced beginner and I think this should be manageable for me but I literally feel like I'm playing reverse God, trying to add ribs after realizing a G hook was making it too small. I've ripped it out so many times... should I cut my losses?!

I saw a crochet video of the Little Wishes dumpling on TikTok, and I thought it was really cute, so I went to the comments to see if there was a pattern. The creator said that the pattern was available on Etsy, so I went there to check it out. Unfortunately, the pattern costs money, and I'm hella broke, so I can't afford to buy it. I really want to make one myself, though, which is why I'm hoping to find the pattern for free👀

My sister has asked me to make her a bucket hat like this for Christmas. I think I could potentially wing it, but would prefer a pattern to help me plan out the striping and sizing. So far I've only been able to find patterns with horizontal stripes (which I understand would be a lot easier). Any recs would be greatly appreciated!
