Results:
First up we have Rasputin, Pockets, Flumpty Bumpty Clones, and Hail Raatma all with 1 upvote and don’t join the list. Bow tie vote is down to Viego and the recruiter and in a 2-3 upvote the winner is the Recruiter, now although I wouldn’t say he has a major enough role to be included in this list I can’t really argue against the will of the people. Anyways see you tomorrow when I start the top 20 villains of 2020 list… that will be a hard list to fill out

Top 20 Villains of 2021:
1: Lady Dimitrescu

19: infinity Ultron
20: The Recruiter

Rules
1: Most upvoted or commonly said answer wins
2: Villains from any media is allowed
3: No repeats
4: The villain has to be villain in something released in 2021, if they existed before 2021 it’s fine so long as the first time they’re the main villain is in 2021 same thing applies if they’re a secondary villain. But different incarnations of the same character will not abide to this rule
5: If a villain is apart of something that releases across multiple years only the stuff that released in 2021 will be considered
6: Secondary villains are allowed so long as they have a major enough role
7: Only one villain per spot, but multiple is fine if they villains are essentially just the same villain multiple times
8: From now on only fictional villains
9: multiple characters from the same piece of work are allowed
10: no downvoting

Note: due to the fact that I post this on other socials, I don’t pick based off most upvoted comment

One nomination per person per round.

Be warned: I'm going to be rather strict on the definition for this one to avoid the usual string of villains that are going to pop up. A lot of Disney villains, for example, would NOT be considered an Arch-Nemesis.

I'm also limiting it to three characters per franchise. Otherwise Marvel and DC are going to run away with it. Be creative! Comics, movies, sitcoms, novels, I want em all!
