I personally own JBL speakers. I’ve never purchased a beats speaker (I have purchased plenty of headphones) so with the $150 price point I was a bit nervous with the quality I could be getting. I’ve never heard the sound quality from a beats pill before. Although, I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

This is a nice lightweight speaker compared to my others. Additionally the Pokémon design is a nice touch. Push comes to shove, I can always have my kids use the speaker. I’m really happy I was able to purchase this despite initial issues on the website.

My Beats 360 are literally losing like 10% to 20% battery daily without even using it, anyone dealing with the same issue? What's going on? I got a iPhone 18 Pro Max for reference and they are running Version 4A262

I bought an open-box pair of Beats 360 from Best Buy at a pretty good discount, paying around $297. They looked brand new, but when I paired them with my iPhone, I got a warning that they were still linked to another user's Apple Account (****@gmail.com).

Yikes. Apparently, the previous owner never removed them from their Apple Account, which means I couldn't fully register them as my own unless that person unlinked them first.

The headphones still worked, but the concerning part was (1) warranty concerns and (2) that the previous owner could track the location through Apple's Find My network. Not exactly something I want with a pair of headphones I just purchased.

I purchased a pair of Beats Studio Pros in December 2025 from Amazon (not a third party seller; Amazon was the seller). In October 2026, the audio in the left cup started giving audio feedback. It was awfully annoying.

However, despite the fact that I had proof of purchase in December 2025, Apple and Best Buy would not honor the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty because it expired in September 2026.

I raised absolutely hell with Amazon. And finally got them to give me my money back in the form of an Amazon gift card. Why would the warranty start before I purchased? My best guess is that Amazon buys them in bulk and resells them as new so the warranty starts from their date of purchase, not yours. Suspicions confirmed by the warranty expiry date of my new pair of Beats purchased with the Amazon gift card: June 2027. Purchased them last week.

I only repurchased from Amazon because I had the gift card and I’m not in a place to buy $300 headphones from elsewhere.

TL;DR: If you’re in the market for a pair of Beats, don’t buy from Amazon.

It sold out in less than a minute on apple’s website. Scalpers are already selling it for $200-500 on eBay. Disgusting. Only luck is if you can find it in store at a Target or Apple store.

Got these around when they released for $275. I haven’t had any hissing issues, and since the update, they sound pretty solid honestly. Love them for working out. I also have the AirPods Max 2, and while they don’t sound AS good, they’re still great. Maybe a bit over priced at $350, but I feel like people have been hating on them hard. Spatial Audio is solid, ANC is good. Don’t get the hate

As you can see in the photo, the plastic behind the earmuffs somehow cracked. You can only see one fracture in the picture, but there‘s another on the opposite side. Any tips on how to fix it? Or did I just burn $500?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone with a Samsung device tried equalising these buds. I tried but the volume gets annoyingly lower and I'm never satisfied with what I tried. What a shame they don't include in-app equaliser.

I think they lack clearness in high frequencies

I love these headphones, but started hearing the hiss others were talking about. After returning my first set, trying another (with same problem), I’ve been hoping for a fix.

I was running this morning … it started to pour bad on me but I kept running to finish my run . Was wearing a hoodie over but still got soaked . Will I be fine ?

I got some studio 3’s roughly 7 years ago & I still absolutely love them!!!! Unfortunately, as best as I had been taking care of them, ware & tare are finally catching up. I was wondering if there were any recommendations as to what my next pair would be since they don’t make studio 3’s anymore. I need to have headphones since the earplug style always falls out regardless if I change the size of the rubber. The most important aspect for me would be noise cancellation & immersion. Secondly a pretty color such as blue or green but I know that’s not always an option.

Ive been trying to repair and broken arch on my Beats Studio pros, but the guide says to bend the cuffs in but I can’t as it’s broken off. Any idea how I can get these screws off for the next one as I can’t unscrew them from their normal spot?

I know this might alienate a lot of you as I've read how many of you have returned your awful headphones, but these have everything I need and nothing I don't need. Sure, it would be nice to have wear detection and audiophile sound quality, but for all intents and purposes they do the job, and they do the job very well. At the gym they are perfect, allowing you to zone out on the stair master and get drenched in sweat with no worries of breaking the electronics, or jump around with no sign of them coming off. Even for casual listening, I am quite happy listening to these over my Bowers and Wilkins PX8's, as they offer the convenience and seamless integration with the apple ecosystem.

Regarding the hiss, I literally never notice it when anything is playing. Sure, it would be great if it was nonexistent however it is very normal for headphones to have a hiss for transparency or noise cancelling modes (unlike the magic of the AirPods Max and Pro 3s). Maybe in the future a software update will reduce it, however at this stage it sounds like it may be due to hardware, which I'm ok with.

A few months ago I was on the hunt for this exact headphone but it didn't exist at the time apart from a few options such as the CMF headphone pro from Nothing (great cheaper alternative with interchangeable ear pads too), however it lacked certain niceties such as the apple integration and it's water resistance is only IPX2.

I have the AirPods Pro 3 which are great for the gym, and if I'm honest I didn't need to get these but you've got to treat yourself right? For anyone on the fence about getting these, you can always just return them if they're not for you, but if you like music and getting your sweat on, these are hard to beat.

So my BeatsSolo 4 I got this year to replace my 12 year old BeatsSolo 3 has given up on me for the second time (I used my apple care and they replaced it last time but now it's expired). They no longer charge, no matter how long or which cable I use. I've done everything recommended by Apple Support, Beats support and tech forums but nothing seems to work. Whenever I plug the cable in, the LED turn red and stays like that until I unplug it, and the charge stays at 2%. I saw other posts with this exact same problem but none had been answered or active recently. I'll try anything that could possibly help, I'm so disappointed, truly. I had my first beats (solo3) for 12 years with no problems but this one has "broken" 2 times in ONE year! I need help!!

Basically, I found a pair of Beats Studio + and I reset them. Originally tried to find the owner, no dice. Later, after having reset them, I noticed that they have an AppleCare+ subscription on them.

Regardless, I wanna know if I can find the OG owner or not, or if they can track these or not, or if there's anything I can do.

I am conflicted between the Airpods Pro 3 and Powerbeats pro 2.

I intend to use them for walking and workouts primarily but also some casual/work related purposes. All in all, a good all round experience without trading off much in sound and microphone quality.

A question for existing PBP2 users, has the iOS 27 update added an equalizer for the PBP2 and has it done it any good in terms of audio quality experience or any feature worth mentioning? All reviews online are a year old with no real updates.

Also, any rumors about Powerbeats pro 3 in the near around future? Given the Powerbeats track record, there still are a couple of years until that happens, but any news for near future?

Am I doing this right? I was used to my OG AirPods Max having drain since those just went into like a sleep or low power mode. But the 360s have a physical power button. This drain is happening constantly. As a recent point of reference, I charged them up to 100% over the weekend and unplugged them either Saturday night or Sunday morning. Haven’t used them since then. Finally turned them on tonight (so maybe 36-48 hours later) and they show at 80% charge.

So the hiss and the battery drain is something that could be fixed through an update? Or it’s something of the hardware?

I love my 360’s I already bought a second pair of earcups. I think they are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn. I expected a bit more of the sound for 350€ price.
But the hiss and the battery drain is so annoying. I’m guessing they would do something quick with these issues right?

I had them for more than 2 weeks so I don’t know if I’m available to return them but I don’t even want to. But for that price I feel like I was scammed with the many problems

Edit: Okay guys I went to the Apple Store looking for a replacement. They didn’t ask me anything about why or the product, nothing. So when the guy came back, they give me a refund. So I took it hahaha I was expecting a replacement although the sound quality was not what I expected. Soooo I bought the Airpods Max 2. I feel so disappointed with the 360’s I really loved how comfortable they were, and the customization, but the sound was so disappointing for 350€ headphones
