How was I supposed to know, that the day I'd watched that episode, was the day my life had changed forever?

Throughout the anime, I never shed a single tear.
I mean, yes, I did feel a lot of emotions, and certain scenes SERIOUSLY threatened to make me cry, but I held it together.
And then it said 'The End' instead of 'To be continued', and I swear it was one of the hardest I've ever cried.

This happened years ago, and I just came across an Attack on Titan edit, and remembered this. Suddenly, I was crying again. I am not one to cry easy, by the way. Especially not over shows, or movies.

Watching AoT seriously made me realize how much creativity Hollywood lacks. I will go as far as to say, AoT is not only the best anime, but one of the best shows I've watched.

What a masterpiece. I'm glad I was one who was able to witness this piece of fiction.
It genuinely made me understand humanity, like I never had.
It might be because I relate to Eren just so much. I rooted for him the entire show, because he made the decisions I would have. He was what I would, too, be. No, I am not Floch.

If a genie gave me three wishes, or even two- one would be to forget it all and have the chance to sit down and rewatch this saga once again.

My girlfriend is very much into anime, and I wanted to get into it too so I can share this interest with her. I’ve always believed animation is the best medium of storytelling but despite this have never watched anime.

As of 1 hour ago I have just finished the entirety of Attack on Titan. My god was I missing out for so many years. This was the greatest show I have ever watched, and such a compelling and thought provoking story. Most shows flop with their endings so badly, but this really stuck it in a way I didn’t expect.

In particular, I loved Zeke and Armin’s conversation in the paths, where Armin is talking about the beauty in the simplicity of those moments as a kid and Zeke talking about playing catch and how that makes him want to be born again. That was absolutely beautiful. In a world where so much purpose and expectations are pushed onto us in what our life needs to achieve, seeing an acknowledgement of the beauty in those small moments of joy really touched my heart. I think that in itself is a message we all need in our life.

Part of me wishes that Erin told Mikasa he loved her, but I know she knew he did, it just would’ve been nice to hear him say it to her.

Overall, I loved it so much and definitely will rewatch it. I’m moving onto Jujutsu Kaisen for now as that is my girlfriend’s favourite, but is there anything similar to Attack on Titan? I fear I will be chasing the feelings this show gave me for a very long time.

Im rewatching the anime and im at season 3 when they meet trainer Keith and he tells the story of how he met Grisha 20 years ago behind the walls
But Grisha already had the attack titan so he should have died after 13 years
Even if the timer would have reset with the founding titan it still doesn’t make sense because that happened 15 years after Grisha came to paradis

just becuz she slimed your potato girl? , what about gabi's friend life ? was it meaningless? ( in case you forgotten it's the boy that got crushed cuz of eren yeager terroristic attacks)

When you analyse her character , you will notice that Gabi represents the marley version of eren (with better combat skills) and she had one of the best character development in the series btw

Now let's look at her perspective, alot of you look from the paradise demons POV , but let's be fair now , gabi was a victim of brainwash and was included in wars at such a young age , it's brutal and tragic, it's only natural that she develops anger issues

In her mind , the paradise people are literally demons , you expect her to sympathize with them ? Of course not and witnessing her friends slimed by the scout regiment doesn't make it any better

But unfortunately most yeagerists are hypocrites , they ignore the resemblance and glorify the horrific rumbling ( most of them are edgy teenagers tbf)

The iceburst stone used to power the ODM gear already proves that it can provide a huge amount of thrust power, pair that with the shear weight of a fat scout they would be able to accelerate even faster and dealing more damage to titans with the aid of gravity as they close in onto the nape.
