Discussion/Question Isnt it weird that this guy is THE FACE of attack on titan considering who he is?
I wont spoil here but he's really not as important to the overall story regarding how iconic he is.

We all know these are both the Colossal Titan, but look how DIFFERENT they are. Right side is Bertholdt's - thick, bulky, like a full-on tank. You can see why he was so hard to bring down.

From the 104th scouts/young scouts (Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Reiner ,Jean, Berthold, Ymir, Historia/Christa, Connie, Sasha and anybody I forgot)

cr for the edit: stvrwi on tt.
Even their right to be the humans who were tormented by the titans. Instead they had to face that the titans had been them.
Everything a character said before the basement about being caged like birds, about being oppressed by titans, about knowing the terror of how titans eat people, about not knowing peace until every last one of them was destroyed.
Iyasama!
Anything the people of Paradis might say to the rest of the world, they will always remember what it had been like, Eren, most out of all knows he would have never been able to make peace with the titans. And he gets further proof of how much hatred there is for them and knows the rest of the world feels the same way.
The cruelty to "the truth of the world".
But ignorance was a nightmare too, some paradise that was.

You can make an argument for Historia as she was still tied to royal family but Zeke could've just been a normal unremarkable child if his parents weren't important to the story.
Also I find the fact that old Eldian royals never took any concubines or mistresses until Rod and royal blood didn't enter the general population hard to believe.
Edit: Seeing as Ymir herself wasn't an Eldian and likely belonged to another Germanic inspired tribe (Think Franks and Alemani) and Eldians vary in ethnicity (Annie's father) makes me think all Eldians are physical descendents of Ymir and that is what makes one an Eldian.

Does the story function like that? I’ve heard of people watching Star Wars in 4-5-1-2-3-6 order, using the original trilogy as a “go back and set the scene”. What if you did the same with Marley and Edlian arcs? It sets up a some crazy convening plot lines, you’d probably think Marley is the world when titans attacked or something and be shocked when you learn the truth.

So I actually hate that the female Titan is called like that but anyway
Could a man get the power of the female Titan? If so, would the titan be female meanwhile the human remains a man? Would it change his identity and eventually start feeling like a woman/become trans? Would the titan not have boobs anymore?
I'm watching attack on titan for the second time now and I'm noticing many more things that I have before and getting so many more questions I don't have the answers to

'To you, 2000 years from now'
How was I supposed to know, that the day I'd watched that episode, was the day my life had changed forever?
Throughout the anime, I never shed a single tear.
I mean, yes, I did feel a lot of emotions, and certain scenes SERIOUSLY threatened to make me cry, but I held it together.
And then it said 'The End' instead of 'To be continued', and I swear it was one of the hardest I've ever cried.
This happened years ago, and I just came across an Attack on Titan edit, and remembered this. Suddenly, I was crying again. I am not one to cry easy, by the way. Especially not over shows, or movies.
Watching AoT seriously made me realize how much creativity Hollywood lacks. I will go as far as to say, AoT is not only the best anime, but one of the best shows I've watched.
What a masterpiece. I'm glad I was one who was able to witness this piece of fiction.
It genuinely made me understand humanity, like I never had.
It might be because I relate to Eren just so much. I rooted for him the entire show, because he made the decisions I would have. He was what I would, too, be. No, I am not Floch.
If a genie gave me three wishes, or even two- one would be to forget it all and have the chance to sit down and rewatch this saga once again.

Some of you may remember me asking for a push to get me to watch the anime a while back and well about a month or so ago i finally did. And i loved it, i am honestly disappointed in how long i slept on this anime, only problem with the anime is while it is a grrat anime, i just dont feel it is the absolute masterclass of a masterpiece it was hyped up to be online, once again still think it is one of the best anime ive seen to date, up there with dr stone, fruits basket and many others but i just dont think it had as much of an impact on me as it did many others, my favorite part of this entire anime are the music, and historia calling eren a dumbass, that shot was great, but i could listen to the music for hours
I want to see more but i am comfortable with where the series ended, honestly i just want to see more of armin and annie, they were so danm cute
Over all i give aot a 9.5/10, kept me hooked till the end and recomended it to anyone who has an interest

I don't see many people talking about Kuklo, so I'm curious to know what you think of him as a character. Do you think he's underrated, and how does he compare to the main characters from the original Attack on Titan series?
Let me know your opinions in the comments!

I'm looking for any sort of suggestions here... let me give you some context,
I originally watched attack on titan with a friend years ago, and despite the fact that I have never really been into anime, I LOVED EVERY SECOND of course!
I eventually convinced my now boyfriend to watch it, he was hesitant of course, but he now considers it one of the top three things he has ever watched!
He has adhd and hyperfixates alot, and this is his current thing, and I'm wracking my brain trying to think of any gift ideas for him that relate.
All the previous posts I have looked at mainly suggest to "watch the show with them" but we already did that as I am a fan too... please, any suggestions will be appreciated.
He is 21 M

This is my custom Warhammer Titan, it’s a male shifter who inherited the Warhammer from his aunt. He was 12 years old when he inherited it. His is from Marley, 100 years BE (before Eren)

These are some of the ones I’d imagine are:
Mikasa and Historia- Commented on by multiple people
Levi- I know some people erroneously claim Isayama said Levi is supposed to be ugly, but I have yet to find any official evidence of this. Based on his in universe persona and the way people like Petra idolize him, I find it hard to believe that he’s considered ugly. Yes, I know his height is a limitation and his personality and skill level are probably most of why people are attracted to him, but his looks likely amplify that
Eren- Mikasa obv found him attractive, debatable if Historia or Annie did as well to a lesser extent. He’s also described as looking like his mom, and the cult like following he was readily able to acquire in universe was likely at least in part due to the fact that he was considered attractive. Like it or not attractive people are more likely to be trusted and followed by the masses. Also Jean was jealous that Mikasa likes Eren more than him, and Erens appearance probably contributed to that
Zeke- Similarly to Eren, him being attractive would probably subconsciously contribute to the loyalty he is able to command in people, and part of me feels like he wouldn’t be described as Marley’s “Golden Boy“ if he wasn’t attractive to some degree. Also he has royal blood, which possibly makes someone appear more attractive through Ymir magic stuff, idk. He also has similar genetics to Eren obv
Floch- Basically the same thing as Eren and Zeke, but even more so because he wasn’t famous or a Titan shifter. This one is more debatable though. Him and Erwin are the similar imo in the way that their energy and ability to inspire others is probably what’s considered more attractive than their basic appearance. Love Erwin and hate Floch though
Grisha- He was considered a charismatic leader by the Restorationists and he was able to pull Dina and Carla with ease
Carla- Grisha and Shaddis both fell for her, but her kind and accepting nature probably was a large factor in that too
A lot of people are probably gonna ask about Jean also but he’s described as “horse face” multiple times by multiple people. Reiner will probably get brought up too but he’s called “ox face” and is never implied to be attractive. Many people did look up to him on Paradis tbf but this could also just be because he was the oldest cadet and the most skilled besides Mikasa. Almost every AOT character is probably at least a little attractive though because they are all muscular trained soldiers
