Was at the shop yesterday looking around saw these what’s the difference? (Bad pictures I know)

I'd like to swap the gas block to a proper FSGB on this SLR106. The pins on the old one, a GBC13, do not line up with the new Bulgarian one. Will the old pin slots be an issue if I swapped these?

FM 15 lower on PSA Jakl upper. Requires slight milling (you could probably do it with a dremel) to the upper to clear mags. No special mags. Just buzz off the bumps on your standard 5.56 ak mags.

FM lower with Jakl 300BO upper. Converted follower in the bake.

Damn near 4 month wait. Based of my initial impressions everything seems well built/put together. My only gripe is that I’m leaning towards that maybe the muzzle devices are the reason for poor accuracy. Not sure if it’s only my example but those muzzle devices are on the rough side. Compared it to my 107FR muzzle device. What a difference. I’m aware that they won’t be exactly the same but the difference are very obvious as far as quality goes. My muzzle device also had what i can only describe as bad machining, where the threds come to an end part of the thread was hanging off and I was able to rip it off. Second photo is literally part of the threads. Muzzle device also looks uneven in the threaded area. One last thing I also noticed is that the muzzle device doesn’t seem to be caliber specific. Had the same bore size hole as my 107FR. I’m not a pro by any means so don’t know if that has any effect but these were just my initial thoughts.

Unreasonable swagger

My wife’s brother recently passed unexpectedly and very young(34). We inherited his firearms including this ZPAP M92 Pistol. I’ve been an avid gun collector and shooter for years but never got into for AKs. He talked to me often as I was his go to for gun questions, including modifying this specific one.

I decided to do it up just as he had planned, the build list is below. I’m trying to figure out a suppressor for it and it’s oddball thread pitch. I’m considering a Vuk or a Deadair Wolverine. Open to better options and mounting solutions as well as I’m a bit overwhelmed. Lastly, how bad is barrel concentricity on these? I’m guessing I just need to buy another concentricity rod to be sure?

Interested in the Onward Research Tatanka rail, but I’ve seen some of the main AK YouTube guys have issues with shifting. I’m not planning to mount lasers or red dots on it, but I would use a Barwarus topcover. I’m concerned the handguard shifting will cause it to lose zero. It would go on a Meridian 103. Thoughts? Experiences? Zenitco or Barwarus instead?

I’ve done my research on here but nothing recent. What is everyone using to hold ak mags and a plat carrier ? Feel free to post pics of your setup

KR 103 with Jmac 360 HD face mount. I wasn't having it from the start, but I can't say I'm 100% happy with where I'm at.

My question is does it matter? I can fine tune it a little more, but i don't want to go overboard. This isn't a 1 moa rifle to begin with. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don’t know shit about optics height. I have an AK-303M RS regulate mount and an Aimpoint PRO.

I cannot afford the aimpoint magnifier. Can I use a Holosun HM3x? I can definitely afford that. If not, what is the go-to, here?

So removed the guts of my Saiga Izhmash to fettle my trigger, when putting it back together I couldn't get the spring back in for the manual bolt hold open. Spent 3 hours trying and gave up.

Anyone have a special method and or Tool?
