Ask for Help What do you say to yourself on a bad day that doesn't sound like a poster?
Most of the affirmation stuff I find is either too cheerful to believe or so vague it slides right off me. 'I am enough' does nothing when I've snapped at my coworker and skipped lunch.
The ones that work for me are small and kind of boring. 'You don't have to fix it tonight.' 'Eat something first, then decide.' That's it. Plain enough that I don't roll my eyes.
What's yours? Especially the ones you'd be a little embarrassed to say out loud. Those tend to be the real ones.

Wisdom Please guide me
Hey fam!
I locked in from 11 of August for my manifestation for a large sum of money after discovering Neville's channel almost a year ago. I have manifested a lot of huge things, hence truly believe everything is possible for me.
Through those affirmations (I made my own subliminal with these affirmations), I received a lot of beliefs and healed of so many life threatening things.
Just a a few weeks ago, I noticed I released the excitement, the obsession and neediness around this money.
And recently, I also didn't feel like I wanted to affirm again.
For experts and experienced ones in the law: should I craft a new set of affirmations still around the same, or just take visualization to continue persisting till it shows up?
I have that high feeling that it will arrive, but don't want to mess it up by not doing much or doing much. I am calm inside and have raised my wealth level.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Affirmations I am learning to let the past be what it was.
Since my divorce, there have been times I caught myself looking back at the life I had and wishing parts of it could still be what they were. Not because everything was perfect.
Just because it was familiar. It was a life I knew. A family rhythm I understood. A version of myself I had gotten used to being. I still miss some of that.
But I’m learning that I cannot keep asking the past to become something it is not anymore. Letting go does not mean those years did not matter. They did.
It just means I want to be here now too. For my boys. For the life I am building. For the person I am still becoming.
My affirmation today:
I can honor what was without living there.
I want to be present for what is still here.

Ask for Help Is a true saying I'm not stupid? Is not a good affirmation
I know I have a limited belief saying "I am stupid no matter what I try I will always be stupid," And I find myself using I'm not stupid" As a affirmation, is slowly helping me not feel stupid for trying something, But People say using "I am not stupids," as affirmation is weak and not working? So what can I use instead.
