Hey folks.

I got 4 student positions I need to hire quick that'll run for November to January (inclusive, not including Christmas break). Its technical support for an MFA migration we are doing.

Just send a resume to passkeys@ucalgary.ca

what the fuck was that genuinely.

does anyone else feel like our prof wants us to fail?

did ANYONE feel confident leaving the exam?

edit: If you’ve taken this class with another prof other than Ghosh please leave your feedback on how you found the difficulty of this course. So many students are confused and i would like some kind of comparison to others experiences

Can I ask what merch you would ACTUALLY buy from your schools program department or students' association?

Do y'all prefer clothing with big department branding on it, or smaller branding? Would you want to buy totes? water bottles? what about stickers or temporary tattoos?

Give me all of your thoughts!!!

Am I the only one who thought it was awful

I enjoy writing essays in silence, but I’ve started wondering whether the sound of my laptop keyboard bothers people studying on the quiet floors of UCalgary’s libraries??

I was wondering if anyone in Manpreet Kaur’s class can send me their slides as I heard they go more in depth and are better than the ones we have (not gonna slime out my prof and mention her name). This year unfortunately we do not have access to other blocks notes. Please anyone that is willing to send them DM me and sent them to me through email.

if anyone find a airpod case w no airpods inside it’s prolly mine lmk guys

How screwed am I if I take ASTR 209 as a first year BAPsych student w no background in physics?

Does anyone know what the averages were looking like for quiz 2 tut 2 for dynamics? I think the quiz was brutal personally but I'm not sure if I'm in the minority here.

grade 12, applying for fall 2027

my marks:

- ela 30-1: around 90 (in it rn)

- physics 30: around 84 (in it rn)

- chem 30: 77

- social 30-1 + math 30-1: next sem (got 94 in social 20-1, 78 in math 20-1)

- dual credit: 93

questions:

1. what average did you get into haskayne with?

2. did anyone use a dual credit as their 5th course? (calendar says it counts, so chem would get dropped)

thanks!

I’ve been studying for the Chem 201 midterm that’s this Friday, and looking at the textbook there are a few formulas and types of calculations that are discussed. However, in class we haven’t discussed or practiced anything like this, is it safe to assume that this content won’t be on the exam?

Pls attend, it'll be fun, we'll have games, food (for members but membership is free since it's just filling out a form or applying on clubhub, and while supplies last), and more!

I missed the classes this week so I was wondering what the format of the midterm is going to be. Is it all multiple choice or short/long answers as well? How many questions approx if he mentioned it

i know when you’re sick (THANK YOU!!) but i see people everyday wearing one and it’s cloth and customized too. why?
