Hit 172.5 last week and just missed the 175 so decided to take another swing at it. It was a grind but i'm definately happy with it. 180 feeling more possible.
Eta - Critique is welcome. Any tips for assisting that sticking point is also welcome.

I had to take my belt in recently! My weight hasn’t changed but my body has gone through a little recomp.
No changes in diet, just being consistent in the gym. Strength continues to go up, spirits remain high, looking to roll into the dark season here in the PNW with good momentum.

It's week 41 and time for the beginning of the rebuild phase. Decided for a few volume lifts to tell my body what's up before attempting one of my failed lifts from last week. Strength is slowly returning.

Would like to get a 1 rep max of around 140/150kg before the end of this year.

Rep PR, beat my previous best of 6 at this weight. So fucking close to 8, but my grip was gone. Please forgive the brief video cut, camera girl thought I was done after 7, clearly she knew something I didn't lol

7 weeks post distal bicep tendon reattachment (left arm), so a ton of this on the right side only.
Right arm is also 10 months post distal bicep tendon reattachment. It's been an interesting year lol.

The log and I finally started to click and take a step towards normal tonight. That first rep was the most crisp log I’ve hit since bringing this bar back in. Stoked on it.

I don't see any problems but the belt was digging into my solar plexus. Or at least felt like it, mightve affected brace

First time using the Dinnie Stone handles. They are kind of uncomfortable to hold. But I managed ~21 seconds.

4ish weeks out and hit 715lbs today. Best deadlift I’ve done without straps and definitely happy to hit this. Was a soft lockout for sure. Didn’t feel the best today or this week in general but got it done. Grip felt solid. Confidence is high!
