Fall is here, anyone need gutters cleaned or a driveway pressure washed?
Figured I’d put this out there since fall is the best time to get the exterior of the house taken care of before winter.
I do gutter cleaning around town. I clear out the leaves, dirt, and debris, bag it up and haul it away, and flush the downspouts so water drains the way it should. Clogged gutters tend to go unnoticed until water is spilling over the edge or ice builds up along the roofline, so it’s worth getting done before the first real storms or snow.
I also do pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and siding. If your concrete has stains, oil spots, or that dark buildup, it makes a big difference, and I have before and after photos from recent jobs if you want to see them.
Pricing for both depends on the size of the house or area, so if you send me a photo or a rough idea of what you’re working with, I can get you a quote without needing to come out first. If you want to do both in one visit, I’m happy to work out a better price.
Thank you!

Presbyterian affiliated doctors
Does anyone here have experience you can relate, with primary care (family) doctors who are linked to the Presbyterian system, here in Santa Fe? I have had a good 10 year experience with Presbyterian specialists (here and in ABQ), and have become disenchanted with my Christus linked primary care doc here. I know leaving a doc and looking for a new one, given the difficulty of finding one in the first place, is maybe a fool's errand...Thanks for advice in advance.

Rays above ABQ
This is the sunrise in Albuquerque this morning 10/22/26 peeking through the clouds.
Crepuscular rays are those dramatic beams of sunlight that fan out across the sky during sunrise or sunset, usually breaking through gaps in clouds or mountains. They look like they're converging at a single point, but that's just an optical illusion caused by perspective, much like parallel train tracks appearing to meet in the distance.
