I've been staying in this apartment on rent from last 7 years and I purchased a new flat of my own. Already started the interior work and it is supposed to get completed in next 3-3.5 months.

My landlord visited our building few days ago and in a good faith, I told him that I will vacate his apartment in probably 3-4 months. He seemed friendly and co-operative and pretended to be find with that.

But suddenly after 3 days, he gave me 1 month notice (as per agreement) to vacate this flat.
He says he's getting 3K more rent that what I pay and I said I am ready to pay the extra rent for next 3 months, but he's not listening and says he might not find a new tenant later on.

It has no ads, no paid listings and no login. Here's what it does:

▫️Actual sale prices and flat sizes for most major localities, taken from registered sale records (IGR). The total internal area is shown too.

▫️Filters for location, budget and project stage. The budget filter uses real sale prices, not quoted ones.

▫️Builder track record at the bottom of each project page, for the top builders. It covers how many projects were delivered before the possession date, and how many had their dates extended.

▫️Price analytics for each locality, plus a list of the priciest projects in Pune.

The limits: All of this comes from public MahaRERA and IGR data, which can be incomplete. There are no photos, floor plans or builder-quoted prices. Please verify anything important yourself.

This is a hobby project that grew out of my own work. I'd like to know what's missing or wrong, and what would make your home search easier. Mumbai is planned for next year.

The issue is I wont be staying long, so no pg owners are agreeing on a daily basis or either they are already full, I travel from another city, here just for exams so I need like 2,3 days of stay every month (for submissions and exams etc)
