Hello and welcome. After much interest and overall s14 changes i decided i would revamp my old s11 guide that was in the pd2 discords barb section pinned comments.

Plenty of blood sweat and tears and help from twitch chat we managed to make something that should satisfy you all wanting to make a bowbarb.

The guide contains 2 different builds for midgame and endgame you can take inspiration from to make your own version and also the both builds also has some map clear videos to give you an idea what it can look like.

Also much love to the pd2 devs you guys are the best.

I know this isn't record-breaking clear speed, but man is this FUN. What do you guys think? 🤟

Share your cool off-meta builds in the comments, I wanna hear what you guys have cooked up, and maybe get some inspiration myself. ⬇️

Discussion What is the slowest build?

With people talking about meta builds or what's gonna be S+ in season 14 I am curious, what's the slowest build still capable of hitting 99?

My thought is this: some of us play the entire season and the slow grind to 99 is somewhat fun compared to blasting T3 maps in 5 mins and getting to 99 pretty quick.

Thanks to the dev team for creating such a fun game and I'd love to hear the communities ideas!

Question End game change?

I just discovered this mod recently and I love Diablo 2. So ive been trying to do my own research on it but I am still confused on one aspect. So ive only played/beaten Diablo 2 once, and after you beat the expansion all there seems to be to do is just re-run through the game again on a higher difficulty. Is it true that this mod adds more dungeons and end game content or am I crazy?

Discussion Confused on beta item codes

Hi I'm trying to figure out how to make magic items with a specific prefix to appear.

For example I wanted to try to get 3 to summoning (druid) blue ammy and circlet but even with the pd2 code page its confusing on how to make that work. Could anyone point me in right direction? I see the google doc sheet with all the prefixes but it doesnt have a specific code for each one

Looking For Group Lf guild/start group

Season 1 vet. Looking for guild / starting group.
I’m PST time zone. (Oregon USA)

Looking for group of homies to grind with. I feel like the new guild feature is a nice way to find consistent people to play with season after season.

Will play almost anything this season to fit group.

Mod Feedback Suggestion: new unique jewel

Adding Magic and Physical Rainbow facet jewel versions has been suggested quite a few times now and I'm sure mods are sick of reading it. The problems are two - there is no % physical skill damage and Pierce would be way too OP for both magic and phys builds. Not to mention Rainbow jewels roll -3-5. There's a reason no -magic resist items exist and so few - phys resist items exist. Lot's the latter have also been nerfed - I remember soul drainers rolling -5to10 and now they are -2to4. Crossbows were also -10 at first. A jewel with phys pierce would also be exploited by non-caster phys builds and make them OP.

So the new jewel is: Yin-Yang facet. It's 2 times rarer than Rainbow facet.

It rolls either magic or phys version.

Magic version:

100% chance to cast Bone Nova when you level up OR 100% chance to cast Blessed Hammer when you die
18-26 magic damage
2 to 4% magic skill damage

In addition to this Rare magic skill dmg jewels should probably be nerfed a bit.

The physical version uses a new mechanic called Deadly Cast. I got this from discord when people were discussing whether the current Deadly strike bug should be kept for skills - it feels great for lots of people, but 4xLo runes in weapon would be OP. The Deadly Cast is a crit which works only for your physical spells. But unlike Crit and DS it's capped at 50%.

Physical version:
100% chance to cast War Cry when you level up OR 100% chance to cast Tornado when you die
2 to 4% chance for Deadly cast
2 to 4% deadly cast multiplier

% extra Multiplier works just like %Deadly Strike Multiplier. Deadly cast default damage multiplier should be 100%. Now you can reach up to 50% chance to deal 150+% damage with your physical caster spells with 13 jewels in gear.

Too late for this season, maybe we'll see it in later season, but I love it.
