With Season 14 starting today, I wanted to share the update I've been working on. It's the biggest one so far, and a lot of it came from your feedback over the last few seasons.

What's new?

• In-game market browser. Search, filter and make offers without leaving the game. Hit Watch on a search to get a popup when a new match is listed.
• Redesigned chat. Site messages, in-game whispers and offers in one thread per trader, plus a slim dock at the edge of your screen.
• Rare and crafted appraisal. Keep / Check / Vendor verdicts, trained on hundreds of thousands real rare listings and crafted listings from last season. It's retrained every day as the new season's listings come in.
• Price check trends. See which way an item's price is moving.
• Net Worth. What your whole stash is worth, what you earn per session, and your rank this season.
• Public net worth leaderboard. See how your wealth stacks up this season at https://pd2trader.com/leaderboard. It's opt-in only, so you only appear on it if you choose to.
• 20 color themes, dark and light.

New to a season start today and started a SC ladder character. I kinda prefer to play private games early on and accept the challenge of quests at my own pace rather than joining a public game and speed running through quests.

Anyone else?

Servers were fine for me for a while but the past 30 min have been pretty slow and consistently disconnecting between lobbies. Anyone else getting the same?

Why not simply add channels and rooms 1-999 to join as we see fit and let people split in groups?

This would remove the unnecessary chaos that comes with cramming everyone in a single channel, and also eliminates the need to limit replies per seconds.

Other suggestion (that someone else mentionned, unsure who): if one person gets muted, make it so it triggers a note to a mod after 10 mutes or so, to prevent abuse.

I like the idea of Global, I dont like the way it is now.

Hi all,

Gamer that has been looking for a new game to sink a little time into. Have no previous experience with Diablo 2, although i have played a fair amount of PoE2, thats my only real experience in the genre.

Have seen some glowing recommendations for this project. Wondering if it is mostly for D2 veterans looking to keep the game going or if it is a good recommendation for someone without experience?

The patch notes could be hard to read. Frame counts only mean something to people that know how the game runs. I added a quick reference guide here so you can see if your build got touched with easily to follow buff/nerf tags. This guide also contains all of our tier changes for our tier lists for this season. Have fun in Season 14!

Hi there,

pd2.tools is ready for Season 14! The main addition to the site since last season is the damage calculator.

If you aren't familiar with pd2.tools, it is very similar to poe.ninja for Path of Exile. The most used feature on the site is the builds page, which allows you to filter characters on the ladder by class, skill, item, or merc. This is useful for finding new build ideas or seeing what other people running your same build are wearing. There are also pages for economy tracking, corrupted zones, statistics like player count over time, and leaderboards for things like the most mirrored items or accounts with the most level 99s.

There's currently over 200,000 characters tracked since Season 11!

Damage Calculator

The main addition since last season is the damage calculator, which has been added to every single character page which allows you to see the damage for each skill the character has. From here you're able to open the main damage calculator page which gives you a much more detailed damage breakdown. You can also see your average damage in each map as well as damage to specific monsters. This feature was developed by u/ChaseBianchi, so huge thank you to him for his work!

Season 14

Once the season begins, players will be automatically tracked and added to the site when they reach level 80. You can still view characters from previous seasons using the season dropdown on the builds page.

When you host a local TCP game, all items in your uniq/set tab will get wiped out. Looks like uniq/set tab is saved in pd2_shared.compendium file. Back it up before playing TCP game. Stash your unique items in personal stash. After you're done, restore compendium file, and move your uniq items to uniq stash.

Bug has already been reported on discord, but I wanted to warn that one other player that plays TCP game too.

They just say %fire damage, not %fire skill dmg. So hypothetically I can stack "add dmg" on charms and gear and scale it with these jewels? Or am I dreaming?

I'm excited to announce that my filters are updated for the launch of Season 14!

Here are some of the new features I've been cooking up over the past few weeks:

1. Identified unique and set items show their variable affix rolls and corruptions as tags under the name, in the order the game lists them
2. Runewords show their variable affix rolls on a line under the runeword name and base
3. Map experience: Identified maps show two lines in their description which quantify map experience multiplier values. The first line (2.0x Experience) says how much a map's affix rolls raise the map's experience compared to if the map were white. The second line (2.9x at Level 98) compares the map with an average non-magical map at your character level
4. Grail Discovery Progress: The filter never hides a unique or set item you haven't discovered yet. Orange stars are added to the unidentified item's display as an indication that it will count towards your grail progress.
5. Advanced Filtering tier: With the addition of options to force hide Health and Mana potions, additional filter levels have been freed up. I added Advanced Filtering (levels 5 to 7) which sits between Stricter and Endgame filter level tiers. Advanced Filtering focuses on showing most rare items while hiding more magic and non-magic items than Stricter Filtering
6. A website that provides information about the filter: These pages are rebuilt every time I push an update to the filter so they are always up-to-date. They read from the filter's own rules, show what every filter level does, and how every unique, set, rare, magic and non-magical item looks
7. A new version in the launcher: Erazure - Minimal. Fewer symbols around item names for players who prefer a simpler, cleaner loot filter style

I wasn't paying close attention and I ended up resetting my level 47 HC Paladin to level 1? Is there a way to reverse this, or am I screwed?

For my first PD2 character ever, should I go Summon Druid into Twisters OR Amazon (power strike into summonzon into some endgame build)?

I played 2 seasons ago, now when i tried to reopen 8 months or so later, i get this message. What do i do? Restarted the computer but otherwise I am stumped. task manager not showing anything obvious. Help me boys, my kids sleepin and im trying to kill andy tonight!!
