You don’t see that every day - RWB
The light was turning green so I couldn’t take the best pic, but thought it was worth sharing either way.

Another shot from Luft12
A little Guntherwerks display. Beautiful cars having them side by side with an original classic really shows the changes.

Boxster EV Mule?
Saw this one today... Did not hear anything as it drove off. Is this the new EV Boxster?

A classic for a reason.
Not my car. Just admiring its beauty and sharing with enthusiasts. Thanks for looking.
Track day consumables: what should I expect?
Car: 997.1 S
Let's say I were to take my car to Road Atlanta for a track day, having never done a car track day. I imagine I would be in a beginner group. Driving within the realm of a beginner group, should I expect my 2k mile old (90% getting to fun roads, 10% fun road driving) Michelin Pilot 4 Sport tires to last the day? How about brake pads? Brake fluid (whatever DOT 4 came in the 60k mile maintenance kit I bought from FCP Euro)? Anything else to consider?
Side note, what is the trick with heal-toe in this car? Never had any challenges in other manual transmissions, but this one car is quite the puzzle for me.
I've got a lot of experience with motorcycle track days and I can tell you exactly how many tires I'd burn through in a weekend on a given track riding in any particular group either as a coach or a rider, but I'm not sure what to expect (and to potentially justify to the MOF) with car days.

New Build - Slate Grey + Black Everything + Carbon Int. Trim I sanity check
Notable mentions ; Clear taillight, 18 way seats, Porsche Design Chronograph clock and base interior (rubber dash and door cards) for easy maintenance.
First time I've had them side by side
I was dropping off my new-to-me 971 daily driver for detailing, but had to take it there early, get a ride home, and then show up when the detailer opened shop for the day. Don't zoom in too closely; the 997 probably needs paint correction (and removal of the PPF) more than the Panamera lol
The kicker to this back and forth to drop off the car? The detailer was in his shop the whole time, getting an early start to his day, but he had the bays closed and was rocking out to music on his headphones so he didn't hear me knock when I first got there.

What do you wish you'd asked at delivery?
After 4 years of waiting, I get my 911 on Saturday: a 992.2 Turbo S.
For those of you who have experienced the moment, what do you wish you'd asked your rep to show you/explain at delivery?
What other advice do you have?
I appreciate any insights or suggestions!

Porsche 911 Order
How accurate are the estimates delivery dates the Porsche factory provides to the dealers early in the process (milestone 2)?

Porsche Driving program
Has anyone gone through the different driving training to get to the Master RS class at the Brimington, AL facility? Im interested in starting from the beginning and working my way up. I think it’s precision training, then performance training, then Master training, the 3 day Master RS training. Is it a waste of money? I just thought it would be fun to go through the process.

911 Dakar - spotted in the wild
Stuck in a clusterfuck traffic jam - plenty of time to check out the car. ‚Roll cage‘ included (not a true roll cage, just covering the back seats).
The only thing I will never understand are the unworthy exhaust covers - I can see that they’re fake, Stuttgart!

Hello, my mother is looking at a new car. I showed her the Panamera and was wondering what years/trim had the best overall of quality and reliability. We don’t want hybrids. I was thinking 2013-2019? As the years to look at.
As a man I think a turbo would be the coolest but I love my v8

Indy shop near king of Prussia, PA
Anyone have any recommendation for a shop in this area. I need to get the check engine light for aftermarket exhaust to go away. Had a shop install Kline OAP and rear on a 4RS. They looked at it twice and they do not see any issues with installation. I’m will to have another shop take a look. I’m happy with the exhaust. Just want to stop getting the running too lean light.
