Finally got around to building a little display case for my collection! First did a master set, now attempting a potential EJC Grandmaster Set (English, Japanese, Chinese exclusives) It’ll be a long journey but one we are well on our way to achieving!

Got any weird Blastoise stuff? Post it below!

Decided to check local store vending machine when I went to get gas.

PB popped up so bought to see if it refreshes. Refreshed journey together. Asked the kid behind me if he wanted it. He said he’d rather have PB.

So I told him if he wants he can buy the JT and I can swap with him.

Says he’s been chasing the mega darkrai and he’d rip it on the spot to see what we get. Then proceeds to pull this 😂 there’s my good karma and bad luck for today

Thought this was interesting, for multiple packs in my perfect order booster box, the three cards before the final three look like someone turned the gamma all the way up. For the bottom ones they are almost entirely intelligible, slowpoke from 30th celebration in the middle to compare. How is this possible??? worth keeping?

Also, that’s now my 2nd and 3rd Mew lol

Made this pre-Base Set timeline last night. Anyone spot any mistakes or anything I've missed?

Do you think we'll see gold cards like this again?

I’d love to make the full card someday, but for now I made this 5 x 5 inch panel. I hope you like it!

Bought a tin display. The hits from all the tins were phenomenal! Then on the last tin of the tin display. One in each of the two packs! The Fiancé and I were screaming needless to say! What a fun set this is to open!

I love this one, reminds me of the serene Rocky Mountains! Hope you like it too!

We grew up in a bad house. Few years ago our abuser died we cleaned up the house. Happened to grab his cards and mine.

We were surprised anything survived well. These three he gave me as he had copies of them. It was a horrible hoarding issue for the house.

Was super excited to get these from his. He’s taking the rest of his to get graded and sell. He’s excited to get to pay off his jeep. The birthday pikachu is in almost pristine condition. It’s now in a penny sleeve and hard sleeve. That’s the main one he’s selling along with his charizard.

He has so many prereleases from when he was playing in tournaments.

And came across these packs that she saved from 2000 or so for me. Shout out to mom! Does anyone know the best way to get those stickers off the Japanese packs?

Got that gold star Stoked !!!!

Took me a month to get that many packs and I just couldn’t help myself lol

Saw this beautiful Eevee promo card at local TCG store for $17 NM condition had to grab it.

The SwSh, SV, and Yu Nagaba’s were all my first choices. When trying to decide on the 4th “set” of Eeveelutions I discovered the Sylveon collection ones and immediately fell in love with the art. I am slightly bothered by TPC’s decision to make Sylveon a separate art style. It makes no sense at all!!!

It took me quite a while to get to this point and I’m very happy with it… Aside from the one old CGC label, which i will get updated eventually.

What other kinda weird art cards are there? I know there’s imakuni’s exeggutor, ooyama’s pikachu, trade please, any other kinda rogue cards?

First pic is from the ETB, second pic is from two 2-pack tins

So glad I didn’t get hourglasses 🥳
