Am I a good candidate for Lipo 360?

Hi everyone! I’m at my goal weight of 125 lbs & I’m 5’2. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever felt. When I was dieting & skinnier, I didn’t feel this good. I’m very active & work out 5 times a week. I just wish my waist were slimmer.

Edit: wow surprised by the amount of people suggesting that I work out when I already mentioned that I wojrout 5 times a week. I’m feeling the healthiest I’ve ever felt & I’m not looking to change what’s working for me. I also train my core twice a week.

Round/ protruding round eye

Post image

I just really don’t know what to do for my eyes.
My goal is just having them fuller and less bulging in the upper eyelid area.

I thought about a fat grafting in this area, but one surgeon told me that’s not possible for my case.

Overtime, the crease is getting more noticeable.

I love them, I just want to have them less rounder + less creased.

Thank you

First time lip filler experience

Post image

I got 1 syringe of Restylane two weeks ago and overall I’m pretty happy with the results!

That said, I’m noticing a little asymmetry. My bottom lip seems slightly fuller on one side, and my upper lip could use a bit more to even things out.

I don’t wanna overdue it. But do you agree i should get a lil more to even things out?

For context, I also had lip blush done a few years ago, so some of the color/definition you’re seeing is from that (no makeup on any of these photos). I’m planning to get it touched up once I’m completely happy with my filler and everything has healed.

Photos are before, 30 minutes after, and now at 2 weeks.
I’m over analyzing and could use feedback. 🥹

Weird indents/hollowness next to eyes? Unsure how to go about removing it?

Thumbnail gallery

There are these little dark hollow spots beside the inner corners of my eyes accompanied by some sort of skin fold above it, after searching and seeing what others say, I think it may be some variation of a epicanthal fold. But a lot of what I also found online is people saying they got this after eyelid surgery (Though I have never touched my eyes) so I’m unsure what it is. I think removal of the fold itself would be a little overkill, would careful filler or fat grafting be a better idea? I just really hate how it makes my eyes look and how it’s worse on one side ):

Left nostril stitched for a week after surgery. Worried if permanently asymmetrical

Post image
0 Upvotes

My surgeon stitched my left nostril for a week after surgery. I've never heard of a surgeon doing that before. My nose was very asymmetrical so he probably decided to do it to help reconstruct it. I'm worried this will be permanent. It is very obvious in person.

Has anyone had this experience? He checked with me last minute before I was rolled into the surgery room if doing that would be okay, and I decided to just trust him. He said it's like this from swelling.

*edit: it has been about 4 months post-op

Need help with chin! NSFW

The first image is a normal relaxed jaw. The second one is when molars are in contact or a proper bite.

I have posted before with morphs with more jaw projection. Just wanted to know will I need to get bsso to get that projected look or will a genio do fine and not look weird? Like is my jaw recessed or just the chin?

This post is more for curiosity than actual planning since I haven't turned 18 yet(a few more months) nor the capital.

I have this mark right after getting a canthoplasty+ptosis repair, I’m 7 days post op but I noticed this after i was able to open my eyes. Is this normal? I contacted th surgeon and they said to just apply some allergy cream on it but it almost looks like a layer of skin was possibly burned off?? I don know but, I don’t mind if it can actually heal with the allergy cream but I’m worried maybe this could turn into a permanent scar ? Anyone know lmk pls

Lipo with jplasma or tummy tuck

Thumbnail gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I had liposuction three years ago and have since lost 80 pounds. I’m now trying to decide between getting a tummy tuck or undergoing a lipo revision with skin tightening. I have some loose skin, but I still have areas of stubborn fat as well. I know a tummy tuck is a more extensive procedure, so I’m weighing my options and would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation. What would you recommend, and what has your experience been? I’ve had two consultations so far one says they can do revision the other doctor said there’s no point and that I need a tummy tuck I don’t know😭

How realistic is it for me to look like this side profile morph?

Thumbnail gallery
7 Upvotes

Is it realistic for me to look like the morph with only a rhinoplasty and a sliding genioplasty?

Mostly for the chin area i’d like the chin to be aligned vertically with the lips, also for the lips to be evenly aligned and not the top one protruding more than the bottom one. Hopefully resulting in a better facial harmony.

And should both of these be done in the same surgery?

Help is much appreciated!

22F, deep eyebrow laceration after RTA — will this leave a big scar?

Thumbnail gallery
7 Upvotes

I’m 22F and had a road traffic accident where I fell onto a rock and got a deep cut above my left eyebrow.
The wound was sutured in the emergency by a trauma resident surgeon using Prolene 5-0 for the skin and Vicryl 3-0 for the deeper layers.
I’m worried about how the wound has healed because some parts look uneven and slightly pulled inward. I really want to avoid a prominent scar, especially since it’s on my face.
I’m attaching photos of:
1 day after suturing
4 days after suturing
8 days after alternate sutures were removed
I’d really appreciate some honest opinions:
Does the closure look okay, or do the edges appear poorly aligned?
Should I get it checked by a plastic surgeon?
Is there anything I can do at this stage to reduce the chances of a noticeable scar?
Once it heals completely, would silicone gel or any other scar treatment help?

Is it possible for this to be the same person.

The photo with multiple pictures is from Jan 2021 and the singular photo is from late 2025.

If people don’t worry about what’s reasonable or the costs of procedures just is it possible through the means available in cosmetic surgery that they could be the same person?

Plastic surgeons: How much more difficult is a facelift after years of facial fillers compared to a filler-free face?

I’m curious to hear from board-certified plastic surgeons who regularly perform facelifts.

How does a history of facial filler injections over several years affect the complexity, safety, and final aesthetic outcome of a facelift compared to someone who has never had injectables?

is there any clinical evidence supporting these differences?

Sugery after weightloss

Post image
7 Upvotes

I went from 140 kg down to 65 kg, and then became pregnant. Since having my baby, I have maintained roughly the same weight for about a year.

I’m now interested in surgery to remove the loose skin on my arms, thighs, stomach and back. My stomach is my main priority, but I’m unsure which procedure would be best for me.

I would like the lower “apron” of loose skin removed, as well as the excess skin above my belly button, so ideally I’m looking for a procedure that addresses the whole abdominal area rather than just the lower stomach.
What would give me the best result?
